in ruby and saphire, is the move outrage special or physical? also can someone post a list telling ehat moves are physical and special in pokemon ruby and saphire?

Outrage is Special because it's a Dragon-type move.

In all games before D/P, whether a move was Physical or Special depended on its type.

Special moves: Grass, Water, Fire, Electric, Dragon, Psychic, Ice, Dark
Physical moves: Rock, Ground, Steel, Flying, Bug, Normal, Fighting, Ghost, Poison

to be quite honest, i dont know why people bother asking those types of questions anymore. not to say that people no longer play RSEFRLG, but youd think that since there were 3 generations of that physical/special type of split, people would've learned every type's classification by now.

i suppose the occasional confusion may set in (eg: ghost type moves are PHYSICAL??!?) but for the most part it should be common sense, people.

Until now, I had no clue that there were 2 kinds of moves. That would explain the stats starting with special.
