Movesets for Shiftry and Sceptile

its a good moveset but i thought the sceptile was supposed to be a sweeper.

i would prolly choose giga drain, dragon pulse, focus blast, and energy ball
but idk, thats just my choices for special sweep sceptile

jolly is better than adament because shiftry has a bad speed stat and most trainers put fast pokemon in their party
and now for the moveset:
swords dance for building muscles
sucker punch for attacking first and annoying the enemy to death
leaf blade (breed him with victrebill) high critical hit ratio and for water rock and ground types additionally a very powerful move
brick break for ice rock steel normal and dark types
