thats not a cheat, then, since it only appears in emulators.

a cheat is something that appears in the actual game cartridge for your gba or ds.
i dont think there are any noticeable FRLG cheats.

hacks on the other hand....

Go 2 http://www.gameshark.com/ and look around 4 cheat codes, but as for glitches, no clue. Ride bike on water (see link) is cool, but u'r as limited as u r with surf, only u can go back on land and stay on.
