Default New, reworked team (RMT plz)

This is a rework of my old team. I decided I would post it and get it rated.

Typhlosion - Choice Scarf
Rash
252 SpA, 112 Spe, 144 atk
Eruption
flamethrower
focus punch
hidden power (electric)

Umbreon - leftovers
Sassy
252 hp, 92 Def, 164 SpD
Wish
Baton Pass
Mean Look
Payback

Skarmory - shed shell
Impish
252 hp, 64 atk, 176 Def, 16 Spe
Brave Bird
Stealth Rock
Roost
Roar/Whirlwind

Sceptile - life orb
Lonely
252 Atk, 144 Spe, 112 SpA
Swords Dance
Leaf Blade
Dragon Claw
Leaf Storm

Kingdra - damp rock
Adament
swift swim
252 atk, 252 spe, 4 hp
Dragon Dance
Rain Dance
Waterfall
Outrage

Donphan - Choice Band
Impish
252 Def, 252 HP, 4 SpD
Rapid Spin
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Fire Fang

The basic strategy would be pretty simple. Typhlosion is lead with its choice scarfed eruptions. Umbreon would be used to trap a pokemon before I pass to a counter. I wanted to try and make Umbreon as slow as possible to help with payback and also to insure that the pokemon Umbreon passes to does not get hit the turn the baton pass takes place. If I can pass Sceptile or Kindra in on a pokemon that they counter defensively, I can spend some extra turns setting up Sceptile or Kingdra while the opponent has to keep his pokemon in due to Mean look. Umbreon makes a good special wall while Skarmory and Donphan make good physical walls. Because my opponent wont be doing much switching, I was hesitent to use entry hazards. Should I use stealth rock on Skarmory or not?

Please give me your opinions about this team.

Overheat
focus punch
Earthquake/HP [Ice]

Overheat over Flamethrower because he's a Scarf Pokemon, and will usually be used for hit-and-runs. Earthquake gets Flash Fire Pokemon like Heatran, but HP [Ice] is useful against Dragons like Mence, who don't take much from anything else.

Umbreon - leftovers
Sassy
252 hp, 92 Def, 164 SpD
Wish
Baton Pass
Mean Look
Payback

Seems fine.

Skarmory - shed shell
Impish
252 hp, 64 atk, 176 Def, 16 Spe
Brave Bird
Stealth Rock
Roost
Whirlwind

As rare as they are, Soundproof Pokemon are immune to Roar, so use Whirlwind. Looks good otherwise.

Sceptile - life orb
Jolly
252 Atk, 252 Spd/4 HP
Swords Dance
Leaf Blade
Dragon Claw
Brick Break

Sceptile would rather go all physical than mixed. With the three moves listed, you are only resisted by Shedinja, who dies to Stealth Rock that Skarmory put down. Sceptile also needs a +Spd nature or he will be killed off by many Pokes that you will face.

Kingdra - Leftovers
Adament
swift swim
252 atk, 180 HP/76 Spd
Dragon Dance
Rain Dance
Waterfall
Outrage

Kingdra wants Leftovers so it can get back the health that it loses while setting up. The EVs let it outrun base 100 Speed Pokemon after one DD, and neutral Scarf base 100 Pokes in the rain.

Donphan - Choice Band
Impish
252 Def, 252 HP, 4 SpD
Rapid Spin
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Fire Fang

What is Donphan trying to do here? Is he a wall or sweeper? Right now he's a mix of the two. You should probably commit him to one of the two. If you want a CB sweeping Donphan, go with this set.

Donphan@Choice Band
Adamant Nature
EVs: 172 HP/252 Atk/84 Spd
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Ice Shard
-Fire Fang/Assurance/Rapid Spin

EQ is obvious, Stone Edge gets good coverage, and Ice Shard kills annoying dragons. Fire Fang hits Skarm and Bronzong, Assurance hurts the ghosts who love to switch in on you, and Rapid Spin gets rid of entry hazards, but it is usually the worst choice. The EVs outrun Swampy and then are placed in Attack and HP.

If you want a wall, go with the same set you have already, but use Leftovers as an item.

Changes in bold.

Yes, use SR on Skarmory - it's very helpful.

Your team has too many physical sweepers and only one special attacker. I think you should change Sceptile to a Specs version.

Sceptile@Choice Specs
Timid Nature
EVs: 4 HP/252 SpAtk/252 Spd
-Grass Knot
-Leaf Storm
-Dragon Pulse/HP [Ice]
-Focus Blast/HP [Fire]

Standard Specs Sceptile. Dragon Pulse or HP [Ice] hit dragons, and Focus Blast takes out the Steels that resist you, as does HP [Fire]. If you use HP [Fire] + Dragon Pulse, you are walled by Heatran, who loves to come in on Sceptile anyways. I would go for the Dragon + Fighting combo, but it's up to you.

Hope that helped you.
