Maybe a 72.12% chance. Not all of the time, but a lot usually will happen.
Not sure, though.
Check the page Gofre suggested.
Crit chances never go higher than 50%, even with all the boosts absol gets.

It's already been done. Back in 3rd gen, somebody invented an absol set known as "Madam Hax" which aimed to bring crit rate up to it's maximum. The closest thing to a fourth gen version of it that I've seen is:
Absol@Scope Lense/Focus Sash/Life Orb
Jolly (Super Luck)
Sucker Punch/Focus Energy
This thing can be very evil to come up against. Night Slash acts as primary STAB and hax abuse, while psycho cut covers bug types for more hax. Superpower tops the set off by hitting steel and dark types, while still packing a respectable 25% chance of a crit compared to the other moves 33.3% chance. Not only that, but critical hits ignore any stat boosts or drops.
The final slot is a little more tricky. While most people ban focus energy under the hax clause, it can be very useful against a more lenient opponent. Focus energy increases the crit stage of your moves by 2, bringing both night slash and psycho cut to the maximum stage 5, which offers a full 50% chance, without the need to use scope lense. Superpower will also be at 50% with scope lense, and 33% without. The benefits here are the higher crit stages with a freed up iem slot. However the loss of priority move can hurt, and you have to set up every time you switch out.
