I'm assuming Absol is your lead? It's waayy to weak to be a lead. I suggest using something bulky like Bronzong or Forretress, or something speedy like Ninjask / Aerodactyl / Weavile. You should also preferably have a Spiker / Stealth Rocker / Rapid Spinner on your team, as you'll need them in competitive play. Anyways, I won't suggest any new pokes; I'll just rate what you have.

On Absol, remove Psycho Cut and Stone Edge and replace with Swords Dance and Sucker Punch (awesome priority move). Absol is pretty weak, but if you can set up the SD, you can do MASSIVE damage with the base 130 Atk stat.

Leafeon would perform MUCH better as a Baton Passer, as you already have two other physical sweepers. Leaf Blade is ESSENTIAL, and Baton Pass, Swords Dance, and either Grasswhistle (only 55% accuracy) or Roar to scare out any pHazers that ruin your Swords Dance fun. As a BP, you should focus considerably on HP EVs (between 100-150), and you need at least 216 Speed (and a Jolly nature) and put the rest on attack.

The Staraptor set looks okay, except for the Steel Wing. Replace it with Return. Awesome STABed power.

On Jolteon, take out fake tears (jolteon is too weak to be doing any set up) and replace with Baton Pass, and if you can, get Hidden Power Grass / Water to take care of pesky ground types. Timid nature is preferred on a Jolteon so it can outrun just about anything. EVs look okay.

Vaporeon needs to be a wisher, because it looks like you don't have many recovers on your team. I don't know why you would sacrifice Defense for Special Attack; Vaporeon has base 60 Defense. I would go with Bold nature to give it the Defense boost. It NEEDS 252 Def EVs, and around 200 HP EVs. The rest can go into Speed or Special Attack.
Wish, Protect, Surf, Ice Beam / Toxic is probably the best way to go. Protect is essential to keep it healthy while you recover with Lefties and can also be used for scouting purposes.

There are better special sweepers than Gardy (like starmie), but I'll rate it anyways. I see you want to go with the Calm Minding Gardevoir. In that case, take out Dark Pulse and replace with T-Bolt, Shadow Ball, or Focus Blast. Gardevoir NEEDS to be Timid, because it is WAY too slow to sweep effectively otherwise. You should also invest some EVs in HP, considering Gardy has base 68 HP.

I forgot about items....
Absol would do well with a Life Orb, Leafeon with Leftovers, Staraptor can handle both Choice Band or Scarf, Jolteon can either be Choice Specs'ed or Leftied, and Vaporeon and Gardy would do well with Lefties.

Vaporeon is a widely used OU and leafeon is perfectly usable. Stop going round the forum posting uninformed suggestions please.

A) In-game experience means nothing in a competetive forum.

B) I've beaten the elite four in every generation with a team of NU pokemon, that's how easy they are. You being incapable of doing so is a sign of your own skill rather than your pokemons'.
