Doubtful, and if they did, I'm sure Ash would find some way to get it back.
Either that or Pikachu would just completely obliterate anything Team Rocket pit it against in there base. Not to mention Giovani has been killed off as a character as his Japanese voice actor died and they believe it disrespectful to replace a dead voiceactor.
Something like that, I remember wikipedia-ing Giovani or something.

But you have to admit, it would have made for an interesting plot and a nice change of things. Sure it would end all the same, but at least they would have gotten that far.

I dont think he'll be able to destroy everything in the base

They'll make Team Rocket lose and lose thinking that it's funny, but it's not. I would actually like to see them steal Pikachu or some other Pokemon for at least 2-3 episodes at least. It gets tiring of seeing Team Rocket stalk Ash and his circus over and over again.

Giovani should just get back mewtwo, because mewtwo would pwn people, like how mewtwo pwned Gary's whole team, but his other pokemon appear to be good too though.

I think it would be nice if TR catches Pikachu but lose him because of other Team Rocket members...like Butch or Cassidy.

Anyways, I think Team Galactic (if they cared) stand a better chance of Pikachu captures, they're actually ratehr good at what they do even if they screw up at last minute...

I don't think Giavanii will be intrested in Ash's Pikachu but he will be impressed if Team Rocket gioves the boss a legendary pokemon that he lost Mewtwo.
