Is Ash Still 10?

I'm really not sure how old Ash really is, I remeber he started his adventure at age 10, then right before he challenged Giovanni for his earth badge, it said it had been one year since Ash began his adventure. This would imply that Ash turned 11, but I'm confused if Ash is still 11, 10, or some other age, can someone please clarify?

Hmmm...lets see, it took me like a week to finish D/P, and about the same time to finish the other past games too. If this is any indication, then Ash should be a month older from when he started his journey in Pallet town.

LOL Seriously though, I have no clue. His voice got deeper so he's definetly in the teens. Maybe 14. Then again, he acts like a noob when he loses so he could be younger.

Acually in the first (or second, or third. :P) episode, when Ash stole Misty's bike, he rode into a tree and has been in a coma for the last 11 years, and he dreams up all of his adventures. I mean, how can there be a narrator?

Eh...I'd guesse Ash to be around 14 or 15. He has been on his journey for a few years now, his appearence has changed a bit and his voice is a fair bit deeper.

Through some rough mental math, I would put him at age 14 or 15. There are references to him spending a year on his first Kanto journey, and it would make sense that each region's competition happens once a year, all of them around the same time. That makes three years with the first three proper regions, plus probably six months in the Orange Islands. Then there's the Battle Frontier. This clearly takes a year, since the contest season for the Kanto Grand Festival, which occurs at the end of the arc, is just beginning as Ash begins to challenge the Frontier Brains. Mix in two months for assorted other bits not correlated to any of the above, such as visits to the various places seen in the movies.

To recap: a year for each of the four region-adventures, about half a year in the Orange Islands, and a few months of miscellanea. About five years since the start of his journeys.

according to the anime he is still 10 but if u count it since the show started to now he would be 21. (the anime started in 1998 and now we are in 2009) 11 years plus ten when he started is 21. but if we on the other hand count one year for each region he would be 14 1/2 (the orange league was really short) so he is either 21 or 14 1/2. i would say 14 1/2 since it,s more credible, but again according to the anime he is still 10

Agreed, though I think that it would be more like one month for all of the movies.
