The case of the vanishing signature...

This is a rather odd happening in my books, but I can't seem to see my own sig, and yet I CAN see everyone else's.

Does anyone know how I can fix this, as it would assist in alerting people to who I used to be, bar checking my thread in Other Chat of course.

Any help would be appreciated... whereas I'll be annoyed if my sig suddenly re-appears after posting this...

ANOTHER EDIT: I retract that, something weird really is going on with my sig. Firstly, the edits I make to it only seem to appear in my profile, and I still can't see my sig in my thread in Other Chat. Has something been changed which I don't know about?

It seems as if my posts will only show my sig as it was when the post was made, although this doesn't excuse the fact that any of the edits I made to my sig had to be made TWICE before they appeared in my profile.

Can anyone please enlighten me?

I think that if you make a thread before you have a sig, and then you get a sig, the posts you made before won't have the sig...

Heh, thanks for the welcome, and aye, it does seem that way in terms of my signature.

I just went back to check my returning thread in Other Chat, and whereas my first post doesn't contain a sig, my most recent post does.

Kinda' weird either way though, if you ask me, :P

a possibility is that you had signature turned off.
Thats all i can htink of otherwise

Well, my sig seems to appear as it should do now, so I guess there's no longer a problem.

Besides, if I had the signatures turned off, none of them would appear, and yet I was only having problems with my own.
