I have Pm'd the Detectives the game will now begin!

One of the detectives hasn't PMed me back so the story will be different!

Anyway here it is:
There was scrambling in the Park toilet as a Pikachu ran out. He was sniffing around as if he were searching. He ran down the road to an old mansion. He entered the mansion hoping to find something. There was a scream from the bedroom as a Cyndaquil jumped out the window. She was badly hurt. Then out of no where a Mudkip flew through the window. The Mudkip had followed the Pikachu from the toilet. A Piplup walked through the door the Piplup had followed Mudkip who had followed Pikachu. Three people in the toilets at once the must have all thought it would be a good hiding place! All of the pokemon Followed the Pikachu into a secret room. There was no one there. The all went to help the poor Cyndaquil. They went to a bike shop and behind the till they found a Charmander. The Charmander came with them. Pikachu was looking around frantically as if he was searching again. They all went to the park. In the tennis court was a sleeping Eevee.
"Eevee, wake up" Said the Pikachu.
The Eevee got up. Pikachu and Eevee had a long talk and it turned out Eevee was the one Pikachu was searching for. Eevee was meant to be helping Pikachu search but she forgot and fell asleep. So Pikachu had to search for her!

Pikachu gains an extra point for getting a place right but not a room!

I have a question.

If you decide to spend your points on a gift shop, do you lose them? As in, say I got to Legendary rank at 60 points, and wanted to buy something. Would I go down to my previous rank, or would my obtained total of 60 still be there?

If you obtain the 60 points you are in that permanently in that rank. Unless you ask to restart over or if you flame, spam etc. then you may end up only losing a few points to losing all your points and when you lose your points through this you lose your rank too!
