Default Chrono Trigger or Pokemon Ranger 2?

I guess you can say these are better choices then the last two games I post (which they are) but which one should I get. I'm leaning towards PRSoA since I didn't get to play the first one, but I have heard CT is amazing. So which one?

Chrono Trigger, if I had the choice.

Pokemon Ranger 1 was good, but too short. Took me 9 hours to beat the game. No online play. No way to do anything after the so-called "secret" missions. I plan on getting the 2nd, but only for sake of completion and because I did enjoy Pokemon Ranger 1 to some extent. I expect it to be better. :p

Chrono Trigger. Awesome RPG. 'Nuff said.

Chrono Trigger ould be the most for your money.
Chrono Trigger is the better game.

If you want a LEGIT Darkrai, then go for Ranger 2.

Just be aware that it took me seven hours to clear the first Pokemon Ranger (up to Manaphy). TWENTY THREE hours to clear the second.

And yes. The second is longer. But much better. You get Manaphy & Darkrai. And a slightly crappy Riolu (at least it evolves :P). Be sure to finish Ranger before the Wifi missions end...

Pity the "story" of a game about drawing circles was so awesome...

I have personally beaten Pokemon Ranger 2, and I absolutely love the game! The main storyline is MUCH better than PR1 and it is MUCH longer. It is an awesome, awesome game. And you can continue playing after the storyline as there are still quests to complete and other things to do. Also, I am not sure, but there may be some special wi-fi quests that you can get.

Mm, I've never played Chrono Trigger...so I can't really compare. But that is my opinion on PR2. A thousand times better than the first, definitely worth it.

Though I haven't played it, I'd get Chrono Trigger. EVERYONE says it's good.

But I say Ranger 2 is a mixed bag. Some people love it, some are more neutral. The beginning is a bit unmotivating, but it's a much, much better explanation than "you send in a bunch of letters like an obnoxious fangirl", I must admit.

I would get Chrono Trigger. I played them both, and both of them were amazing, but I like RPGs more than circles, but it's really whether you'd rather play another PR or what is a relatively normal RPG gameplay with wonderful gameplay, replayibility, and story.

Chrono Trigger is undeniably better than the best Pokemon game out there. Buy it. If you need to ask that question, it means you haven't played the game, and therefore are missing out on what is considered by many gamers to be the best SNES game in existence.

And since it goes for collector prices on the SNES, your best bet is the DS version.

I say get chrono trigger, i rented PRSoA and I thought the intro was way too long. Also Chrono Trigger would probably take a longer amount of time to beat, but thats if your looking for a long game.
