Get it?

Now, back to the topic. Pokemon caused the creation of this forum, which in turn made me a better debater. And philosopher. Though I'm still not really good at either one... Well, maybe it's because I joined just a few months ago. :P
Oh yeah... Good point... I guess pokemon has atleast some part in some ones life. Just glad to have it in mine.

The Pokemon Red and Blue games entertained me and were the best games I ever played as a child. This forum specifically helped me hone my Photoshop skills, and in fact the first piece of fictional writing was a fanfic for this site. Nooby, of course, but then I got better, and now writing and Photoshopping are what many people know me for :)

I wouldn't say Pokemon changed my life, but I did become hooked ever since I got Red for Christmas ten years ago. The ridiculous popularity of the franchise didn't surprise me; I was just busy looking forward to new games, lol.

Pokemon definitely changed my life. I still play and its been what 9 years? I mean its the whole reason I got a Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advance and a Nintendo DS. What else would I have filled those hours of playing with Pikachu and Co. with? It also made me new friends. I still remember in fourth or fifth grade talking about Pokemon Crystal with a friend I still have today. Yeah so Pokemon has definitely had a big impact on my life.

Got me into reading so I could understand what was being sadi to me instead of aimlessly wandering in Viridian Forest
