Default [SU] Last Rites - A Pokémon and Fallout Crossover RP

INTRODUCTORY NOTES

This RP is actually a combination of several fandoms rolled into one, including Fallout, Pokémon, and themes presented from past PHT RPs. Note that its not necessary to have ever played Fallout or RPed in the PHT RPs to understand what’s going on, as everything will be explained here. Also, this RP uses eastern Texas as a setting, along with many real life locations, as well as several fictitious ones.

With that in mind, it means imagining Pokémon exist in real life. But I know you can do that. :P

THE STORY SO FAR

What happened then…

War. War never changes. The end of the world occurred pretty much as we had predicted. Too many humans, not enough resources to go around.

Imagine for a moment that while technology and weaponry advanced, the cultural norms never advanced past the 1950’s. It would be the world of tomorrow, filled with servant and military robots, fusion-powered cars, and high tech weaponry. And when the year 2077 came after a long and costly war with China, it was ravaged and devastated in a world-shattering nuclear war. It had been a destructive holocaust, an eternal spark ignited by human hands that resulted in a mass-cleansing of life upon the planet.

The year is now 2277 in post-apocalyptic Texas. Much of what existed before the nuclear war lies in ruins before you. Trees are burnt to a blackened and lifeless crisp, streets are torn apart and lay buried under piles of broken concrete and twisted metal, and buildings are burnt-out husks piercing the sky as an urban graveyard… all a testament to what once was many years ago.

Those that survive today are the few that took refuge in underground vaults before the nuclear devastation. Entire generations of people lived underground, safe and protected under tons of rock and steel. When the time came, many of these “vault dwellers” had decided to leave the vaults and venture off into the outside world. However, there are some vaults today that remain tightly closed, its denizens still in fear of what may lie outside.

And they have every right to be afraid…

And what happens now…

Several factions have risen out of the ashes, all with their own intentions and goals. The Brotherhood of Steel, a long-going national movement to restore technology and peace to the wasteland, has also arisen in what was once known as the “Lone Star State.” Their goals for Texas are ones of hope, striving to rebuild the great American society that once was… one small step at a time. Armed with powerful weapons, strengthened Power Armor, and the belief in a united cause, they set out into the wasteland with the hope of tomorrow.

The Enclave, using pre-war American propaganda and proclaiming themselves as the leaders and direct continuation of America, also exist within the area. Once a “Shadow Government” of the United States, today, the members and personnel mostly consist of the descendants of government officials and employees of long ago. The Enclave, seeking to restore America to the once great nation it used to be, remains adamant against the mutated created roaming the world. Ghouls, Super Mutants, Hybrids, and any other mutated creatures and humanoids of the wasteland have been flagged for elimination by the Enclave. The Enclave believes that if America is to have any hope of returning to the great nation it used to be, the remnants and the aftermath of what was caused from the radiation needs to be wiped clean. Like the Brotherhood of Steel, the Enclave has its own versions of Power Armor, and uses more advanced technology and weaponry than what even the Brotherhood utilizes. However, it is clear that both the Brotherhood and the Enclave have their radical differences, and continue to be at war with each other.

And then there are the people and Pokémon of the wastelands, struggling to rebuild and salvage what was once lost to survive today. Building new towns out of the scraps and rubble of the wastes, as well as using technology to cultivate the land, they have been able to stay alive for generations. But even they face their own threats besides the hazards of the wastes. Raiders, known for their savage and merciless attacks, pillage and steal from the surrounding settlements, killing and torturing anyone who tries to stop them.

Meanwhile, remnants of the Master’s Army, the Super Mutants continue to seek their own place in the wastelands, using the populations of others to further their own. Only a few of them have been brought to reason, while the others are mind-locked into an aggressive rage, adamantly against anyone who isn’t a part of their numbers.

The questions come down to who will survive in the ravaged and ruined world of the wasteland. What causes will prevail, who’s future holds promise, and what ideas will prevail with the dawn of tomorrow comes? No one truly knows the answer, but everyone still clings onto their own idea of hope…

Life is the wasteland is about to change…

AREA MAP

NOTES:

Yes, it’s a Photoshopped screenshot of Google Earth. And the real locations are exactly accurate. :P

Names in white resemble actual, real life locations that somewhat survived total destruction, and still remain as either settlements made of salvaged materials, or as ruins with some intact and only slightly damaged areas. Names in yellow are purely fictional locations created for the RP, and don’t actually exist in real life.

Also, real life locations that don’t exist on the map (in case if you’re using Google Earth too or are a native Texan wondering where everything else went) are considered to be completely destroyed. Also, I’m fine with people “inventing” small and minor locations, but use locations on the map as nearby references to where these places are.

RACES:

Because of the nuclear disaster, there are new races besides humans.

Humans: Human, whether they belong to the Enclave or the Brotherhood, whether they are raiders or scavengers, or whether they are mercenaries or simply lone wolves trying to survive in the wastes, are all the same homo sapiens.

Ghouls: “Ghouls are simply humans that have been exposed to an ungodly amount of radiation.” ~Three Dog

Ghouls were once humans, but were caught above ground during the nuclear strikes and still managed to survive. And as the name suggests, Ghouls appear to look like decaying zombies and have raspy voices, but in truth, they still think, feel, and bleed like normal humans. Meanwhile, they tend to live much longer than humans. Ghouls often call humans “Smoothskins,” and are generally wary of humans due to humanity’s pre-judgmental perception of Ghouls.

Meanwhile, Feral Ghouls are even further decayed ghouls, and have lost all sense of rational thought, mindlessly attacking anyone who isn’t one of them. However, they are friendly toward normal Ghouls. Glowing Ones are also considered Ghouls, having absorbed so much radiation that they illuminate the area around them.

More details on Ghouls…

Super Mutants: Super Mutants are large (10’ tall), hulking humanoids with green-tinted skin (Think of The Hulk and Frankenstein). Long ago, Super Mutants were created by the Forced Evolutionary Virus (FEV) in effort to create super soldiers. While the byproduct produced warriors of extreme endurance and strength, they lacked intelligence and FEV was considered a failure. Most Super Mutants are aggressive, powerful, and are very hard to kill. However, there are a rare few that show competence and through actions have become allies of human factions.

Super Mutants are stronger, and are able to carry and use weapons that humans would need to mount on vehicles to use. However, Super Mutants are also sterile, and the only way to increase their numbers is to capture humans and take them to FEV vats to be turned into more Super Mutants.

More details on Super Mutants…

Pokémon – Like humans, Pokémon have also survived in the vaults, sheltered with the same protection that kept humans alive. Most Pokémon that are still alive in the wastelands belong to other people, but there are a few that have been abandoned or left behind because they could not be cared for any longer. Note that water, grass, and ice type Pokémon are extremely rare and have absolutely no chance at surviving in the wastelands by themselves. Because surviving in the wasteland is difficult, many abandoned Pokémon often need to take desperate measures to survive…

The Forgotten Ones refer to Pokémon that faced the same situation as Ghouls. Forgotten Ones are Pokémon that have been mutated from radiation poisoning, and appear to be decaying just like their Ghoul counterparts. However, unlike Ghouls, Forgotten Ones are purely savage, have no masters, and only exist for their own self-preservation.

Hybrids – Hybrids are half human, half Pokémon humanoids created by the Pokémon Hybrid Transformation (PHT) virus, a counterpart to the FEV that created Super Mutants. Hybrids combine the features of humans and one Pokémon at random, creating a humanoid with fur, tails, wings, or whatever attributes the Pokémon they are a hybrid of has. Meanwhile, they have the same powers and can perform the same kinds of attacks that the Pokémon they are a hybrid of can perform. Meanwhile, unlike Super Mutants, Hybrids can breed (if they’re in the same egg group), and tend to stay away from humans. While prejudicial humans calls Ghouls “zombies” and Super Mutants “Frankensteins,” Hybrids are simply called “freaks.”

There are Hybrids of legendary Pokémon, but the powers of these Hybrids are on the same level of those who are Hybrids of non-legendary Pokémon.

Note on other creatures:

If you’re familiar with the Fallout universe, creatures like the centaur, Deathclaws, mole rats, etc. will not be in this RP. Let the Forgotten Ones replace them.

THE FACTIONS IN THE WASTELAND

In your sign up, you will be picking one of these to affiliate with. It can change over time depending on events in the RP, and the actions of your character.

Vault Dwellers – These are people who either still live in the underground vaults, or have only just recently left them and have no affiliation with any outside groups. Only humans are a part of this faction.
Wasteland Survivors – Being a wasteland survivor means your living depends on your survival skills. Whether you live in one of the wasteland towns or you live completely on your own by scavenging the wastes is up to you. Humans, Ghouls, Super Mutants, and Hybrids can fall into this category.
Raiders – Raiders are groups of pillaging humans and very occasionally ghouls that make their living off of stealing and raiding settlements. Meanwhile, there are three main raider clans, known as the Jackals, the Vipers, and the Khans. Jackals are more on the insane side, Vipers are more on the stealthy/assassin side, while Khans attack with large groups and destroy whatever they can’t use or carry with them back to their camps. Humans and Ghouls fall into this category. More Details.
Nighthawk Mercenaries – Hired for whatever reason, Nighthawk Mercenaries come from various walks of life earn their living doing contract requests of various people, very often malicious and murderous in nature. Characters that either sway too much on the good or evil side of life will often get a bounty placed on their heads, and these will be the first responders. All races allowed. See Talon Company, a similar mercenary group from Fallout 3, for more details.
Brotherhood of Steel – Seeking to rebuild America by finding and restoring lost technology, this faction of freedom fighters exists to bring the American wasteland back to life once again. Available to Humans only. More Details
The Enclave – Like the Brotherhood, the Enclave also seeks to rebuild the wasteland, but only to become the self-proclaimed rulers of it. Currently ruled by self-proclaimed President John Henry Eden, the Enclave is a very powerful and formidable force. Humans only. More Details
Remnants of the Master’s Army – Consists of Super Mutants and occasionally Ghouls and Hybrids, seeking to increase their strength and grasp on the wasteland to further their own self-preservation. These Remnants often look to human settlements to capture its citizens, haul them off, and turn them into their own kind to further their populations and causes. Consists of Super Mutants, Ghouls, and Hybrids.

OTHER DETAILS

In tradition with the Fallout series, these are still active.

Currency – The currency and legal tender in the wasteland are bottle caps. Pre-war money still exists, but it generally isn’t as favored as much as bottle caps are.
Nuka-Cola – A parody of Coca-Cola, Nuka-Cola is the soft drink of the wastes, and can be found scattered among the ruins of what once was, along with plenty of Nuka-Cola paraphernalia, such as billboards, trucks, vending machines, and merchandise.
Drugs – Drugs such as Buffout (a steroid), Mentats (an intelligence booster), Psycho & Med-X (damage resistance, like Morphine), and Jet (highly addictive agility booster) are in play and exist. Also, healing meds like Stimpacks, Rad-Away (drug used to eliminate radiation), and Rad-X (Increases radiation resistance) are also in existence. However, like in the Fallout games, it is very easy to get addicted to them, and they have weakening withdrawal effects.
Weapons – Instead of generic gun names like “Assault Rifle” and “Submachine Gun” as what Fallout uses, use actual weapons instead, such as M-16 and MP5. As for energy based weapons like Plasma Rifles and Laser Pistols, those will be kept.

SPECIAL

Used to realistically model your character’s psychical attributes in the Fallout series, SPECIAL will be used here as well.

Strength (Physical strength and brawn)
Perception (Ability to use senses well, such as sight, sound, touch, and so on)
Endurance (Stamina, vigor, energy. The ability to keep going on.)
Charisma (Physical appearance, magnetism, allure.)
Intelligence (Mental prowess, comprehensive ability)
Agility (Physical speed and dexterity)
Luck (Karma, fate, benefit of chance)

SPECIAL allows 40 points to be used for all 7 categories. A score of 10 in any one category is Heroic, 5 is Average, and 1 is Very Bad. There are no zeros.

TAG SKILLS

TAG Skills are proficiencies your character specializes in. Your character is allowed to pick three.

Barter – The Barter skill affects the prices you get for buying and selling items to traders in the wastelands.
Big Guns – The Big Guns skill determines your combat effectiveness with all oversized, two handed weapons.
Energy Weapons – The effectiveness and handing of all weapons, both large and small, that use laser and plasma technology.
Explosives – Proficiency in setting mines, the ease of disarming any hostile mines, and the effectiveness of any thrown grenades.
Lockpick – This skill is used to open locked doors and containers without a key.
Medicine - Ability to heal wounds and treat injuries.
Melee Weapons – Proficiency in using melee weapons, such as knives, sledgehammers, and so on.
Pokémon Handling – Proficiency in handling and training Pokémon. Those with this skill have stronger and more powerful Pokémon, and they tend to have greater intelligence.
Repair – The ability to maintain and fix broken weapons, machines, or equipment.
Science – Proficiency in scientific knowledge like biology, chemistry, and physics, useful for creating weapons or computer hacking.
Small Guns – Proficiency in the use of smaller firearms like rifles, shotguns, pistols, and submachine guns.
Sneak – The ability to move undetected, steal items, and infiltrate areas without being seen.
Speech – The ability to be persuasive and influence others through speaking.
Unarmed – Proficiency in fighting without weapons, using all aspects of karate, jujitsu, and so on.

RULES
  • You must mention your character’s name, affiliation, and location at the top of every post. Otherwise, other people won’t know where your character is or what side you’re on without having to look up your character’s sign up. Also, this helps greatly went people have more than one character active in the RP at the same time. In an attempt to avoid that hassle, please comply with this rule.
  • Please make sure your posts are AT LEAST two paragraphs long. One liners and quickly rushed posts don’t fly here, sorry. Also, make an effort to make sure the post is presentable. Terrible spelling and grammar isn’t appreciated at all…
  • It is perfectly legal for anyone playing a human to be turned into a Ghoul, Super Mutant, or a Hybrid, depending on what horrible fate befalls them. It is also legal for your character to be killed and it is legal for your character to kill another RPer’s character, provided it is done fairly and its justified. If your character is killed, you may create another character and carry on. On the character roster, characters with a strike through their name (Like this) are dead. There is no limit to the number of characters you can create, and you may have several active at the same time. Just please keep RPing them and don’t allow them to become inactive. That’s all I ask.
  • Unfortunately, there are no “Perks” like in the Fallout games. I wanted to add them, but it would only complicate things and already the RP is quite long. :P
  • Stay on the map, that’s all I ask. There are plenty of locations to work with there.

Name: (Your character’s name)
Race: (Human, Ghoul, Super Mutant, or Hybrid. Note that certain races can only belong to certain affiliations)

SPECIAL: (Allocate your 40 SPECIAL points among the seven categories).

Pokémon: (List 3 to 6, no legendaries. It is possible to catch more, though it is extremely hard to come across wild, non-radiated Pokémon. Meanwhile, it is also possible for your Pokémon to be killed.)
Weapons: (You are allowed to start with two, whether they are firearms or melee weapons. However, energy weapons must be found, you can not start with them out of the gate).
Other: (Anything not mentioned above that you would like to include).

Have fun with this, I put a lot of time and energy into it.

I would easily assume that I'm some sort of speed reader also, but trust me, I took the time to analyze every detail. Excellent job, dude, and thanks for putting in the time and effort to create such an RP. I can already tell that this is going to quench my RP thirst.

Also, just like Rust, I have yet to play Fallout 3. :P Reserve me, man, and please.

Reserve me a spot :x

Name: Tyler/Relyt Histenburg
Race: Human
Age: 18
Affiliation: Wasteland survivor

Description: Tyler has long, slightly thick dark brown hair that falls to his shoulders, and he stands at 5'8. His eyes are a deep hazel color, looking more gray then green. Along the iris is a copper star, which puzzled many whom he use to be with. His skin color is a slightly colored pale and he often hides behind a mask so to say, guarding his real emotions well, but he is also illed with a multiply personality disorder. He wears black jeans that have been so ripped up they've become elongated jean shorts, a belt to carry his pokeballs, and he wears a black T-shirt that has several holes in it from being used so long. He wears black socks and brown, use to be white, shoes.

Personality: Tyler, the main personality within his body is calm, quiet, and friendly, along with longing to feel the thrill of a battle. He'll stand up for his Pokemon as much as he would himself, which is greatly. Now, Relyt the second personality is cold, quiet, and slightly crazy. He'll push his pokemon harder and harder, and is not afraid to insult those that insult him. Both sides of him see life as a challenge, a crazy and painful one.

Background: Tyler was born inside the vault, having a happy childhood, never wondering about outside of the vault. He went to school, had a family, and well, lived with a small Houndour that had been abandoned in vault. Soon his parents and classmates grew suspicious of his eyes, having a star and his eyes seeming to change colors. The teachers at the school though, never seemed to notice. Soon he reached his teenage year and he started to change. His personality becoming crazed, and quiet. Soon he himself became this normally. His parents, worried, took him to a doctor and the doctor diagnosed him as having two personalities. His parents abandoned him at age 16, and for some unknown reason to him, kicked from the vault, being given his pokemon and a sword that he eventually ditched and found an old pocket knife in a house, outside a small, burned village.

For a year he taught himself to pick locks, train with his pokemon, and eventually persuade his other personality to give him main control of his body. A ghoul had found it's way into the area around the small house he had found and lived in for several weeks. It had proven to be a threat and that's when his first battle started. He had pulled a pokeball from his belt and had thrown in, the pokemon emerging from it. Infront of him and the ghoul stood a massive dinosuar-like pokemon. The pokemon had proven to be his Tyranitar and as it emerged the wind around the area had started blowing fiercely, creating a sandstorm. Tyler had been able to shield himself but then, his personalities switched, Relyt telling him to calm down, he would handle it. He quickly remembered the moves his pokemon knew, using a quick Dragon dance in which black and red energy swirled around Tyranitar, boosting it's power. It had gathered enough power and reared it's head back, a red and yellow energy ball gathering in it's mouth before it shot it, destroying the ghoul. He had recalled his pokemon, the sandstorm had ended and he decided this place wasn't safe anymore and decided to start moving, looking for other survivors. This search had been leading him for a year and he has found no one yet.

May I have a reserve, please? It will be done by Tuesday if I'm bored enough. :P

My eyeballs were ready to fall out after Races for sure. Haven't played Fallout and I don't plan on it suggesting what you said to rust.

'Provided your parents let you...'

Name:
Crystal Estrada

Race:
Human

Age:
17 (I like still being in my youth)

Affiliation:
Wasteland Survivor

Description:
Starting at the head, Crystal has very long, blonde, and silky hair that stretches to he hip. Her eyes are large and as deep blue as the sea, and her eyelashes are long and curve up into a point. The teen's lips are full and her cheeks have a faint red hue to them. Her emotions are well controlled and not shown on her face. Crystal's skin is smooth, the smoothness broken by the rare blemish. She wears a sky blue kimono that is dappled with the clump of circles with thin, black outlines. The circles overlap and form flowers that are fille din with the same light azure. She has a slim figure-thin, but strong arms; thin waist, stomach, and legs. She is actually very healthy despite seeming so frail. Crystal is barefoot, her feet slightly rough and very hardy.

Personality:
Crystal lives by one rule that has gotten her through life: 'Take only what you need and nothing more'. She is very close to nature and tends to keep to herself unless she has been deprived of human contact for weeks. She loves to run barefoot, loves to feel the whipping air in her face. She is also a firebug, and tends to be wherever there is a small campfire. When she wants to go somewheres, she moves quickly and swiftly. Crystal knows a very wide range of fighting tactics, and other things that others may not know such as how to block off her mind from outsiders (living with a Lucario can really teach you a lot of things). In battle, she is fierce, determined, and not matter what you can count on a fight that will last as long as she can still stand. She protects her Pokemon with her life, for they are the only things she has. Crystal tends to be closer to nature than civilization most of the time, so don't be shocked if she growls or snarls at you if you get in a quarell with the teenager.

Background:
Ever since Crystal Estrada was born in an underground vault, she wanted out. She felt something pulling her to the outside world. While other children were scared to death of the outside, Crystal was fascinated by the fact that she could her new sounds outside. She was little then, and did not know the dangers that lurked. The way her vivid imagination saw it, the outside world was filled with Butterfree and Happiny. As she went to school, she learned the dangers. Many hoped that the more she learned about the creatures outside of the underground vault that she would be terrified out of her witts. The funniest thing was, though, was that she was even more drawn to them by fascination. Crystal looked foward to getting out there to see the world outside, which was commonly nicknamed 'Hell' inside the underground vault.

Soon Crystal saw that they weren't letting her out anytime soon, especially not at her current age (which was fourteen). She pressed them about it, but they wouldn't give in. Crystal would of escaped herself, but she didn't have a clue as to where the exit was. She stopped having her perfect attitude, which caused her to want to be kept, and went to a mishcevious one. Soon, she drove just about everyone mad and insane, cackling wildly and wrecking havvoc among the people. She was released finally at fifteen, when everyone was on the verge of suicide. She was given a very large sword to protect herself with, as well as six Pokémon.

So then Crystal Estrada set out, and quickly learned how to survive in these harsh conditions and work with her Pokémon.

Damn, Neo! Another nice job! And including the PHT, sweetness. You know...the second try at the PHT RP was my first one ever? Ah, sweet memories...

Of course, you know this means I'm gonna ask to reserve a spot in this RP, right? It's nostalgic, even if I haven't played a single one of the Fallout games .

I haven't ever played any Fallout games, but this sounds awesome anyways. So, can I get a reserve, please?

I had fun with this sign-up, and trust me, I already had some sort of character in mind. So yeah, I actually did plan part of this sign-up already. :P

Name: Jordan Mazacco
Race: Human
Age: 24
Affiliation: Nighthawk Mercenaries

Description: Standing at height of five foot eleven and weighing in at around 146 Lbs, Jordan's physical build is that of any average twenty-four year old in his family. With a fair skin complexion and short, dark brown hair, Jordan respects hygiene and keeps his body clean and healthy on a regular basis. Although he isn't maxed out in muscle strength, he does have a well made-out six pack, and continues to stay strict to his exercising methods.

Ever since the the great downfall of the United States, especially in Dallas, Texas, Jordan has learned to dress appropriately due to the radiation warnings and resistance around the state. Saying this, he usually keeps his hair cut and lined up, topping it off with a jet black beenie and hooded jacket. Long pants have become his attire and gloves come in handy when it comes to handling items or people of the unknown.

Extra accessories are often found on Jordan, such as shaded sunglasses or earrings for his ears. The scar on his right forearm is the distinguishing mark of his body, and it holds a deep story behind it. He says that it's nothing, but others say otherwise...

Personality: Pessimistic, persuasive, but easily aggravated. Jordan is definitely one to conceal his emotions and put on the about-face that will easily change the assumptions of the people around him. In all to say, Jordan is quite unique, but with his calm attitude, unless aggravated or annoyed, he's definitely the lone wolf type of person.

Jordan used to have an optimistic, positive view on life, until he gained knowledge about the ill fought war. He actually enjoyed the idea of seeing the world advance to further heights and depths. However, after change and war destroyed the country and murdered his girlfriend, he changed his views on everything. Leadership is the one thing that Jordan truly despises, because in truth, he strongly believes that no one is right to lead another person's life, especially if you're running the life of a whole country. However, Jordan appreciates initiative and understands that things have to get done.

Jordan isn't sane, however, he believes that himself, along with a few others, are the only sane ones left in the ruins of Texas...

Background: Jordan, ever since birth, has abhorred change and leadership. He saw was change, war, and leadership did to his girlfriend, and because of that, he has always vowed to refrain from such events and power. He strongly believes that change would only destroy the post-apocalyptic world that they live in now, and he refuses to have that. He can deal with the life he is currently living and form a stable destiny for himself.

He's been holding his own for years now, and while he holds a positive outlook on his own life, he still holds his inevitable pessimistic views on outside life, such as change. Growing accustomed to the new way of life, Jordan has attained the necessary skills to survive on his own, such as preparing small meals and rationing it, keeping watch on his hygiene, and accomplishing important tasks for bottlecaps. Jordan is a neutral human and follows no one, because again, he hates leaders.

However, the Nighthawk Mercenaries call him a Mercenary, because quite frankly, mostly all of them have the same view on life that Jordan does. They all believe they could make a living with what they have now, and if they have to aid either the good or bad side to gain bottlecaps, then that's what they must do. However, Jordan has always understood that he does jobs only for the money. Relationships and emotional ties only end in depression and regret, and Jordan doesn't need that. Jordan Mozacco and the Nighthawk Mercenaries aren't friends. They are a group...

...A powerful group of acquaintances...

Mercenaries.

Everyone who asked for a reserve got it. Sign ups will always be open, so no need to worry about that.

White Wolf of the Snow

Eh, putting gender isn’t necessary. I can tell from reading the pronouns.

You need to fix your faction affiliation. Pick one of the seven factions in “The factions of the Wasteland.” Just make sure you correct that before finalizing your sign-up.

SuperBoy

Looks sweet, that’s the kind of stuff I like to see. Jordan is set and ready to go.

Default Re: [SU] Last Rites - A Pokémon and Fallout Crossover RP

Name: Kino Kot

Race: Hybrid

Age: 18

Affiliation: Nighthawk Mercenaries

Description: Kino is a Charizard hybrid. His skin is red and it is almost impossible to tell when he is bleeding. He has two wings that contribute to roughly 1/4th of his body weight. The tips of his fingers are razor sharp claws. His face is still shaped like a humans but his ears now jut out of the back of his head like a Charizards ear-things. He wears a black long-sleeve shirt. He also wears black jeans that are not tight yet not baggy. His shoes are black sneakers. He also wears a black cap that covers his ears and all of his hair. His wings are always covered by two very-lightweight covers that come out from the back of his shirt. If you were to look at him while his wings were folded on his back, you would think that he was just a normal human that has a VERY sunburned face. His eyes are deep hazel. He has no scars or blemishes on his face. Each of his hands have a black lightning bolt on them.

Personality: Kino is a very outgoing person. He is a quick learner and everyone who has met him usually don’t realize he has a harsh side. When necessary he will be a very strict person, anyone serving under this knows that very well. He will usually give more-than-harsh enough punishments. That is only when someone has crossed him though. He usually is a very happy person and good person to anyone he knows. He usually doesn’t make enemies of anyone unless they don’t like his less-than-great humor.

Background: Kino was born into a life of loneliness. He was abandoned as a child but was luckily picked up by a small group of humans that wanted to adopt him. His life was not very exciting and was pretty boring until his 10th birthday. A group of super mutants attacked his supposed family and he was the only one that was not captured. Unluckily though, he had later found himself to have been poisoned by the PHT virus but from where he got his infection he never knew.

For a few years, his infection grew. He also learned that wearing black masked a lot of his features and he was able to look like a semi-normal human. Eventually, at the age of 15 his case of PHT had run its course and he had stopped transforming. His luck had run out on him. He had nearly been killed after he had turned 15. A group of mercenaries had decided to hunt him but unknowing to them, he had joined them. Now he was hiding in the ranks of the people who were hunting him. He managed to eliminate all people that had caught onto him, no matter how few there were, he was always on constant watch.

For the last few years, Kino has been working his way up the ranks of the mercenaries, or as he had learned now what they were called, the Nighthawks. He is now a low ranking captain in charge of a small squad of mercenaries 5 strong. Because of the training he received Nighthawks when he joined the Nighthawks, he learned how to use heavy-machine guns and rocket launchers. His favorite model of Heavy-Machine guns is the M-60 and the M72 LAW. He has derived a catchphrase from the later weapon. “Let me bring down the LAW on you!”

SPECIAL:

TAG Skills:
