Yes,any one in the naval portion of the army is under your control (not bunnying,just telling them where to go,ect.)

Is it possible to be second in comman for other Positions and if so reserve me for second in Command for Naval opperation commander? But if Humans can have Pokemon I will be Naval Chief.

Name: Blane Walker

Personality: Blane isn't like other members of the Rakuen No Heishi. Blane has a delightfully offbeat and upbeat way of looking at everything. Very much a free spirit, he often listens to his heart more than his head. He’s an easygoing soul who is eager to please and makes friends easily. His sense of loyalty is unmatched, and rubs off on his Pokemon. However, Blane is very serious on what he believes to be right or wrong and will do anything to fight for a cause which he believes in. Although Blane is very young to be a Chief but there is a reason why he was chosen.

Description: Blane usually doesn't wear the close which are seen in the picture. He usually wears a blue pair of swimming trunks which go down just below his knee. There is a white tribal mark on both of the legs of the simming trunks. He also wears a white t-shirt on top of that. Strangly enough, he always wears a blue zip up hoody aswel, even when he is in the water which he can usually be found.

History: Blane grew up in Pastoria city with his Parents who were both Pokemon breeders. They ran a small hatchery which was located just outside the town. Blane fell in love with Water Pokemon wince he could remember, although he didn't have much of a choice when your uncle was Crash Wake who was the Water Gym Leader. Blane trained with his Uncle whenever he could and only trained water Pokemon. For Blane's tenth birthday, he recieved an Eevee for his parents and knew that it was going to evolve into a Vaporeon.

Blane trained very hard and travelled to all the different towns, collected the different badges but he knew that he was going to leave his uncle to the last. On Blane's journey, he came upon many strong Pokemon but he prefered to catch the Pokemon which were weak and actually needed his help. When Blane got his seventh badge, he knew that he was ready to face his uncle but he knew something was wrong. The Pokemon seemed to be vicious and attacked Blane the minute they saw him. Blane's Pokemon seemed to be the same but Blane knew that they were very loyal. Blane found his parents who fled the hatchery because hey didn't know what the new Pokemon would be like. Blane knew that he had to do something to stop these rouge Pokemon who turned for no reason.

Blane rushed down to his parents old hatchery where all the eggs seemed to have vanished, except for one. Blane felt sorry for the unwanted egg and picked it up. The egg was Blue with white spots. Blane ran from the hatchery after he collected a few items and went in search for some way to help.

Other: Blane has 4 Pokemon which are very loyal and would never betray him. These are his Pokemon: Vaporeon, a Mantine, a Dewgong and a blue egg.

Crystal is very kind and loving, as well as thoughtful and inquisitve. She is a very curious silver Nineails, and sometimes her curiosity gets her in a mess. Crystal is devoted to her job as a field medic, and is one who will go all teeth, claw, and flame when and if her job is insulted no matter who it is. Crystal has a melodic voice that she uses to soothe patients. She is known as a trustworthy and loyal friend, and will never let you down. She will stand up for what she believes in no matter what, and will defend anyone who is being treated wrong. Crystal is very sympathetic for you if you have suffered a trauma or loss. When safe, she is joyous and will not hesitate to crack jokes with you. Nethertheless, in the battle field-unless with a patient- Crystal is hardy and serious.

Crystal (click) stands at six feet tall (double the size of a normal Ninetails), and her eyes are a deep, mesmirizing blue despite the picture. Her tails curl elegantly around her. She has a slim figure and weigh abouts 43.9 lbs. The patch of fur that runs down the front of her neck is long, thinck, and silky smooth. Each of Crystal's tails are tipped like a drawing of a mountain with lavander tops.

Personality: She is 5'3".Gaisa is a cold, girl. she hardly speaks and when she does, it is mostly one word answers. She rarely shows any passion for anything, and cna be found mostly staring into space drumming her fingers. When in battle, she never makes a sound and has offten cause friendly fire from her allies. She hates being touched and will scream when approached from behind. The only person that can get anything out of her is her brother, Attels.

History: She grew up with her brother in sandgem town befoe it was demolished. She never knew why the pokemon and humans hated each other so, but she hated them none the less. When the pokemon finally came to their town, her brother shoved her in a closet and locked the door. All she could hear was his grunts as a couple pokemon punished him for being human. She had to break the door down to get out, only to see her brother unable to move. While she attempted to heal his bones and what not, she eventually became resentful and is now extremly protective of her brother.

Personality: He is the fantasty nice guy, always puts other first and hardly ever thinks about himself. The only person above himself and everyone else is his younger sister, Gaisa. He trys to compromise on all matters and wants everyone to get along. Since he is now the highest up, he rarely fights. Although he loves his sister, this can cloud his judgement. If her company is in any sort of danger, he'll reroute them to a safer posistion.

History:His parents were advid members of the Rakuen No Heishi and he soon joined them. He was a common solider when his parents had their second child. When he was 20, his parents were killed in the line of duty. He soon had to leave to take care of his sister. He soon began taking missions close to Sandgem town to keep his skills alive, and on one fateful day his mission went wrong. Soon the pokemon were commenceing a raid on Sandgem town looking for him. He gave himself up to protect everyone else and was torn apart(not literally). When he came too, it was two weeks later and his sister was by his side. He instantly lnew that something had changed in his sister and vowed from that day on to protect her no matter what.
Other: He was one of the oldest members in the Rakuen No Heishi, that is why he is the commander. He is also very skilled in most weapons and effective in giving orders, which has also helped him become commander. Also has a Rampardos that is loyal to him and goes with him on missions.
