Ok both Raikou and Suicune are lvl 100 both from Distant land and both with the National Ribbon.

Raikou has Adamant Nature
Suicune has Modest Nature

Breed legitly for me. If I am satisfied with the final product, I will send it to a hack checker. If it's hacked, you get nothing.
