Quick question. Why are hax items not allowed?

I may sound stupid but what are Hax items?

Hax items are items that randomly have a chance of happening and are considered hax because they randomly change what happens. (like crits but we can't take crits out now can we?)

Hax items include

- Brightpowder
- Quick Claw
- Focus Band
- King's Rock

Hax items are not a standard clause, so some people choose to ban them. But in my oppinion they aren't very reliable anyway so I dont use them anyway.
