Palin wants to run for president in '12, opinions?

Seeing as how she was probably one of the fundamental reasons that McCain lost this year, I don't think she has much of a chance. Not unless people think she'll be more experienced by 2012.

Yeah, I pretty much agree with you on it.

Besides, she needs more experience, and should take care of her family a bit more. Considering Obama hasn't even been inaugurated, I think she has to focus on her personal life until Campaign Season '12.

But, if Tina Fey will be parodying her again, I'll have a good laugh. :P

Oh god lol.
That'll be a catastrophe. I can see it now:
"Palin's core supporters are going on witch hunts because they ran out of polar bears."

LOL

I don't see why so many people hate Palin... I know she is somewhat challenged when it comes to her geographical intellect, but she means well - unlike Obama.

I don't know if I would vote for her in four years (since I will be eligible to vote in that amount of time), because I'm sure there will be better candidates - Romney was a better candidate for the Republicans, and if he runs again, and I hope he will, I will be voting for him, unless certain circumstances occur.

She won't win, obviously. Though, it'll be good to have ol' Sarah back in the spotlight, y'know?

Meh, this does'nt surprise me, I knew she would try to get back in national politics again. Unless we democrats have another canidate like Kerry, there is no way that she would win if she runs in '12. I mean, some of her views please me, and some disturb me. I don't see why everyone hates her, (well I do, because she's a woman, and a lot of people can't accept a woman running as VP in a presidental election) but I personally do not think that she would be fit to run a county. At least with her foreign policies and budget plans. I mean, when she was mayor for a town, and then ran for Governor of Alaska, she left the town broke. That says something.

I cannot agree more with you.

I can think of millions of women who are more fit to be VP than Sarah Palin. She fails that hard.

If she wanted what was best for this country, or even best for McCain, instead of what was best for her and her family, she wouldn't of accepted the VP ticket, and she wouldn't think of running for President. Even if she doesn't stand a chance winning, trying to run for a position that important, when you know nothing about it, and even less about global politics, shows that she's selfish and cares more about the what the position means than what it does.

I don't think Palin coming back in 2012 would do much, unless somehow she can turn competent within a span of 4 years, it's unlikely that she can get enough delegates.

Honestly, imagine. In 4 years, people will remember Palin as a joke. Maybe she helped "stimulate" the red party, but she's made so many stupid mistakes and idiotic sayings that she's comparable to Bush, and he's been in term for 8 years.

In 2012, mentioning Sarah Palin will only bring thoughts of "Drill baby drill" and "I can see russia from my house."

She's a laughingstock.
