I knew Wigglytuff's just an average Pokemon of its evolution level. (FInally got the term right...) Meh, if it had been a Magikarp as the guild leader in PMD 2, fewer people would call it Magikrap. SOme might even call it all-powerful. (OK, maybe not Magikarp. How about Dunsparce?) :P
