So I'd go with Choice #2, respectively.

wouldn't it be kind of creepy looking at a fish's head and wouldn't the mermaid have to live in the ocean since it would breath through gills.

Oh, %&$#, I thought the Poll was about If you were to eat a giant fish part would It be, by looking at the Poll title... XD Luckily I voted lower half... Which I would choose for the actual Poll question at hand.

Bottom half. I mean, a pretty face, conversation, not to mention the fact that the only reason I would want the bottom half human would be for sex, but why have sex with her if she's not even pretty? Because a fish head isn't pretty.
