I put "Not Really" because I only agree with the morals (no killing/cheating, etc.) and I believe there is a heaven.

I do believe parts of it, but some of it seems so unlikely. I beleive there truly was a Jesus Christ, and I believe there is something out there. But modern science doubts it, so, I voted 45-70 %.
