Not just that, but without Umbreon, all your pokemon are quite vulnerable to water types (ice beam owns Celebi's attack power). Well, Starmie can hold its own, I guess, but...

Gengar: I would STRONGLY suggest explosion over destiny bond. Well, for me, at least, I've had better battles because I can control when Gengar dies.

Ttar: Definately have roar somewhere. No roar, even a Cursekhan can eat you for a huge amount of damage.

Umbreon: Use Charm instead of attempts to baton pass. Baton pass will work about as much as 0-1% against anyone who knows how to battle against umbreon. So... Maybe the charm set is a better way to go. (Charm, Rest, filler, filler. Filler are usually annoying attacks like toxic, confuse ray, attract, etc.)

Although I'm not sure what Umbreon really does for you. I'd ditch a pokemon for a flyer, and another for a special tank like Snorlax.

and i think i will change my Umbreon set to Charm/Rest/Toxic/Confuse ray then and if so shall it hold Leftovers??

And i have meet Heracross before and Usually Alakazam use a psychic and heracross kills it then some other of my pokes like Celebi kills Heracross ^_^

Even if gengar DB here and kills enemy, one more curser = you die.

I would keep starmie for the water element (I like Reflect, Spin, surf, recover, but that's just me), and ditch Alakazam (Celebi covers it) and Umbreon (Serves no purpose here) for a flying type and a special absorber, like snorlax.

And I'd suggest Crobat or Skarm for your flyer. Crobat for speed and Skarm for defense.
