I use to love this show. But then when Season 3 was announced to be in Spring, I was so excited. Then it got postponed to summer. I was mad. Then I lost track of the show. D: But I'll probably catch it when Nickelodeon decides to have their annual Nickelodeon Labor Day movie-thon.

Just where is this website? I bet it was fake. There's nothing left to write about.

SPOILER:

There will be a live-action movie of avatar, however...

Avatar must continue. They've got to be crazy, like J.K. Rowling was to end Harry Potter. They could make more money... But, I see these guys have something else in mind. But I was terribly disappointed. Terribly.

I was actually kind of glad when Harry Potter ended.

That's not a spoiler, most people know about it. And it's going to be three live action movies. Directed by none other than the lord of plot twists himself, Mr. M. Knight Shamylan (I can never emember how it's spelled). My best guess is that we're going to have one all about Iroh, since he's made of awesomesauce and people do want to know more about him, especially his trip to the Spirit World, and there's going to be one about the aftermath of the war and some new trouble brewing that the Gaang quenches, and then there's going to be an intro into a spin-off for the series.

GD, you do realize why JK ended Harry Potter there, right? Because the series was supposed to follow Harry and co. through Hogwarts? And Avatar ended here for a good reason too. Each of the books had two main features that defined them: The season (Winter for Book One, Spring for Book Two, and Summer for Book 3) and the element Aang was learning. After book three, not only, chronologically, would the series have had to have ended because Sozin's Comet would have arrived by then, and the show is all supposed to be leading up to Aang's final battle against Ozai, but Aang would have mastered all the elements, and with a lack of Airbenders in the world (I still don't buy that they got them all, but whatever, it's crappy plot device in an epic show), there's no reason to have a Book 4: Air.

*Gasp* Really?

I thought it was just plain wrong when Sokka tricked the men about the birthday party.
"Hey, the captain really does care...AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!"

I hardly think this is the end of Avatar, since they left us witha cliffhanger, involving Zucko and his father. I can see it now Book 4: Air =]. And I bet the movies are going to suck, I mean, M. Knight SHAMEalone? Thats like having Chuck Norris direct a porno.

I just watched it on tape. (Wasn't there during the showing because I had work.) Man, was it intense.

Spoiler:

I think my favorite moment was when Zuko was crying and apologizing to Iroh, but Iroh just shut him up by hugging him. I cried a little.

By the way, for those of you talking about Aang and Katara--I always disliked their relationship. I just found them annoying together throughout the series. Plus, the age difference seemed really strange. They were pretty awkward.

I'm sad that the series is over, though. It was truly a fantastic show.

Wait.... so I'm confused, is there actually going to be a Book 4? I hope there is, since I just got interested in Avatar now, and Book 3 just ended :( So I hope there are more episodes.

And I think the Live action movies won't be that good, most animes(or anime type shows) that are turned into real people movies don't go over very well...
