Mew Themed Nintendo DS!
-05/28/05-

A new Mew themed Nintendo DS will be sold in Japan. The pinkish Nintendo DS with a Mew silhouette on the cover of the system and inside the system on the left of the top screen, will go on sale on July 8th, 2005, and will be sold for 15,000 yen (the standard retail price of a normal Nintendo DS). The Mew themed Nintendo DS will be sold exclusively at the Pokemon Center in Japan. The pre-ordering period will begin on June 23rd through July 7th.

There's no word yet whether the Mew themed Nintendo DS will be released in the US. Check back here in the news for any new updates.

Everyone apparently loves it! I however do not.....its the pinkness i just dont like it.

Maybe if it was hot pink, then i may re-make my decision!

Ooooooh! Pretty! I love the soft pink color. I don't have a DS yet, but if that came out in the US, I'd want it really badly!

Hmmm..Well, I've already just got my normal pink DS from Japan so the Mew one does'nt do anything for me. The pink is so soft it is nearly white while mine is a shade darker and a bit more pretty IMHO

Really? I'm much more into a calmer, not so energetic pink. That color DS is much better than the other one IMO. The mew kind of ruins it though. I don't want to stare at that every time I play, now that I think about it.

I quite like it. Pink is not one of my favorite colors so this pretty pale version is gorgeous. And i love MEw. Almost makes me want to change my decision not to get a DS...

Why dont they make a blue 1 that has lugia on it or a red1 with Ho_oh on it why pink not many gamers like pink

They should make a gold one with a Moltres on it! Not metallic gold, but golden-orange-yellow gold. That'd be purrty!

They should make one with Salamence on it.
