Pocket Hearts III- the fanfic based off the RP!

It's been about a year since the Trainer's Organization, led by Xemnas, has been defeated. Now, the strange portals appeared again! Some lead to worlds that appeared before, others haven't. Eric Damon, and his two companions, FORMER Rocket Grunts Jessie and James, have reunited. Their Pokemon have been trained a lot in the past year. They have just received their signature weapons again. They get the Jungle King Keyblade, the Morning Star Staff, and the Gigas Fist Shield back respectively. Peggy Crier, a Pokemon Ranger who happens to be Eric's girlfriend, will ocassionally help the other protagonists. Likewise with King Ash Ketchum, Team Snagem Leader Gonzap, and even Mewtwo. The main antagonist will be Giovanni, leader of Team Rocket, and the guy Eric wants to be put in his place.
