Lightbulb National park seceret...

I'm not sure if this a thread worth making but do you know in national park in crystal that pokeball on the other side of the fence? have you ever got it? if you have'nt then all you have to do is go to national park, go to that boy next to the fence who looks like hes holding a gameboy, go to his right side, go through the fence and you go through. For those of you wondering...the item ball was a paralyze heal. You can also get the dig TM from there by going left and going through a few trees that make a path. The item ball will contain dig.
