once u catched all the unknown does something happen???

After you get all 28 and have the national dex, you can go to turnback cave and capture Giratini I believe. And you can talk to a boy in Salonce town and he will give you seals for each unown letter you show him.

The only thing that happens is that you can hookup a Gameboy Printer to the game and print out messages with Unown font.

you don't need to capture all the unown in D/P to get the national DEX nonetheless.

Is it possible to find 27th unown in crystal and where???? I was searching in the ruins of alph for the few ddays and without any result

Nope, there are only 26 Unown in GSC. The two newer ones were added in the 3rd generation (RSEFRLG).
