The Normal-types were sent first…. Chansey Thunder-bolted while Togetic Yawned her. The Egg slipped in a Copycat, so a few turns later, both were asleep. Bryce switched Infernape out to Thunder-punch the sleeping Togetic to death. It was followed by a Donphan, who felt the wrath of a Grass Knot and Solarbeam. Infernape was badly hurt by the time that Walrein was switched in, but managed to perform a Close Combat before being doused by Water Gun. All it took was a single Thunderbolt by the emerging Manectric to knock out Korey’s final Pokemon.
