I have heard SO much about this Pinkachu. How can you get it?

I have heard that you can catch Pinkachu in the Mt. Silver with Ash, and you have to make a masterball to a pink ball :S

mt. silver is in pokemon S/G/C and you can't play ash there

it's a false cheat

If you want to waste your time go move a truck with a LV100 Nidoking or something
