Beauty:The background was cool, and fit the Deoxys well. The Deoxys fit into the background, and the font was perfect for your banner. The Deoxys' effect landed you the last point you needed to get 10/10 on this.
Relvence:Deoxys is a Pokemon, so you get 9/10.
Affection:I personally like this banner well, except that the font you used was... not to my liking. :P 9/10

Beauty:The blur effect made the banner... not as good in my opinion. The font was pretty good, and the background was somewhat plain. The plainness made the banner better, in my opinion. The Rayquaza's quality was a bit... .jpg-ish, and that isn't good. :P 6.5/10
Relevence:Rayquaza=Pokemon & text=10/10
Affection:The blur effect is definitely not to my liking, nor is the .jpg quality. The background, however plain, was to my liking. :) 8/10

Peekaboo Pikachu


Beauty:The sketch effect was great, but it made the Absol a bit darker. The other Absols in the background were great and easier to see. However, the text was a bit hard to see. >.< The border added to the banner, though. 7/10
Relevence:Absol is a Pokemon, and you put Absol in the text. 10/10.
Affection:The sketchy effect was AWESOME, and I loved it. The font was also cool. The border awesome made me love this banner even more. The Absol being darkened was to my liking as well. 10/10.

Beauty:The background was simple, but effective. All the Treecko in there, including the one in the background also added to the banner. 10/10.
Relevence:Three Treeckos in the banner + Two Treeckos in the text=10/10. Yes, 3+2=10. xDDDDD
Affection:I loved this banner, period. (<-Second period. :D) 10/10

Beauty:The Shinx image was good, and your font was great. The background was great in the bottom left corner, but the top-ish part was plain. 8/10
Relevence:10/10 for the Shinx in the banner and the text.
Affection:The colors weren't that good, and the background just wasn't my type. I liked the Shinx image and the font only. 6/10.

Beauty:The smallness of it kinda made it a tad bit badder. Because of the large Farfetch'd, it took away a lot of space. The majority of the remaining space was taken up by the smaller Farfetch'd and the text. You can barely see the background. However, the banner as a whole was still pretty good. 8/10.
Relevence:10/10 because there were Farfetch'd's in the banner and the text.
Affection:I didn't really like this banner much, sorry. 8/10.

Beauty:The Jiraiya image was really cool, and so the background and choice of font was really fitting. The Jiraiya just had a little part that I think wasn't all that good. It was on the lower left side, where you "branched" a duplicate of the Jiraiya's left arm. Whether you did it on purpose or it was an accident, it cost you a point. 9/10.
Relevence:Jiraiya is one of the Legendary Sannin, so 10/10. :P
Affection:I loved this banner. The only loss was the "branch" of the left arm mentioned in the Beauty section. 9/10.
