The secret key is on the last floor of the mansion (the floor with TM 22 and TM 14). You need to go into the room with TM 14 and hit the statue. The walk right and go up the open passageway. Walk up that and go all the way left (I'm not sure if you need to hit anymore switches). When you're all the way left, go down into the room with the trees in it. There'll be a pokeball, containing the Secret Key.

Why not? It's a great game and it's something to do. I'm playing Silver, only up to the 7th gym and have clocked up over 30 hours. Just from training over and over. :P
