Default Metagross moveset

Metagross @ Leftovers
Adamant ? 252 Atk, 152 Speed, 76 HP, 28 Def
Clear Body
~ Agility
~ Meteor Mash
~ Earthquake
~ Thunderpunch / Explosion

The standard AgiliGross, with a slightly alternate EV spread. This one gives 214 Speed, enough to outspeed Choice Scarf Medicham after 1 Agility, but you cuold opt to go for only 203 Speed, as that is enough to outspeed Adamant Choice Scarf Heracross after an Agility. The rest is standard: Meteor Mash for a solid STAB attack and Earthquake to work nicely with it (hitting Fire and Steel pokemon super effectively, who can resist Meteor Mash). Thunderpunch can be used in the last slot to tear Water pokemon apart, but Explosion is one hell of a last-resort move on this. With 405 Atk, it?s highly unlikely something will live through it.
The 76 HP EVs generate 320 HP, a magical Leftovers number. You could choose to dump the remaining 28 EVs in HP as well, but I put them in Def.

Metagross @ Choice Band
Adamant ? 252 HP, 232 Atk, 16 Def, 8 Speed
Clear Body
~ Meteor Mash
~ Earthquake
~ Explosion
~ Thunderpunch / Pursuit

CBGross, one hell of an effective pokemon to use. With this EV spread, it won?t be OHKO?d by Dugtrio?s Choice Banded Earthquake, ever. The random 8 Speed EVs allow you to outspeed other base 70 Speed pokemon with no Speed EVs. The remainder was dumped into Atk.
Meteor Mash is in again for a solid STAB attack, and Earthquake covers its weaknesses nicely. Explosion is even more viable here, as with the Choice Band boost, it deals just an insane amount of damage to everything, even Skarmory takes an enormous amount of damage from it (77 ? 91%, assuming max HP/max Def). Thunderpunch helps dealing with Gyarados and other bulky waters, but Pursuit is an awesome move to have as well.
Another move that should be considered here is Bullet Punch, which works even better on a leading Metagross. CB?d Bullet Punch OHKO?s the standard Weavile leads, and it makes those Focus Sashes they?re holding completely useless. Other than that, it?s still an awesome move to deal with things that are normally faster than you and are low on HP, so you can take them out without having to take a hit first.

Metagross @ Choice Specs
Modest ? 252 HP, 232 SpAtk, 16 Def, 8 Speed
Clear Body
~ Grass Knot
~ Psychic
~ Explosion
~ Hidden Power Ground / Hidden Power Fire

With the advent of Choice Specs, special Metagross has gotten quite some new tricks to work with, not to mention it also got a very solid Grass attack in the form of Grass Knot. Psychic is in for STAB and random coverage, Explosion to OHKO Blissey and both Hidden Powers are meant to take down Steel pokemon. The first one deals with Heatran and Magnezone most effectively, but Skarmory will wall you pretty badly, despite its low SpDef, and Hidden Power Fire deals only 2x the normal damage to Magnezone and hits Skarmory super effectively, however, it makes you incredibly vulnerable to Heatran.
The EV spread is the same as with the Choice Band set.

Metagross @ Leftovers
Impish ? 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Atk
Clear Body
~ Meteor Mash
~ Rest
~ Sleep Talk
~ Earthquake

SleepTalking Metagross. The EV spread is as bulky as possible, enabling it to take physical attacks like they?re nothing (outside of the obvious Earthquake). Rest adds to its durability, while Sleep Talk can allow you to dish for damage while asleep. A lucky Atk boost from Meteor Mash would be incredible here, as it makes this Metagross able to, aside from absorbing physical hits very well, deal a serious amount of damage.

my metagross is the agiligross, i find it works very well
master of steel.

I would like to thank libeldra for some movesets.
