Exclamation Getting sued for letting a stranger take a picture of you!

[x]

Basically, it states that by letting somebody outside of your immediate family use your camera, you might have broken a contract and the company (the one you bought your camera from) could sue you.

Discuss.

That's sick and wrong. I know so many people that would have been screwed over LONG ago.

Ahahahahahaha! That's just too funny! Of course, it's bad, but the fact that you could get sued for letting some one take a picture of you just amuses me to no end!

Wow, what another piece of bullcrap we're experiencing. The Camera is yours, not the company's. You can do w/e you want with it.

ROFLMAO!

Well, if a guy who robs your house and trips on your sprinkler while running away can sue you and WIN, of course you can get in trouble for asking a random stranger to take a picture of you because you want to share the family moment.

:O OMG That's really rather funny!

I mean, on holiday with your family, you wanna have a family photo and you get sued?! But then again, I've never been fond of the idea, in case the person runs away with my camera!!

Oh my god.

See what the world is coming to? Soon, Cannon will be boycotted, sued (most likely), and flamed. Luckily, my camera is made by HP Invent.

That is just stupid! I mean, who's going to take pictures of you?! People get others to take pictures of them at tourist locations all the time!

Ugh... And where is this agreement anyways? I don't recall signing anything with my name when I got a digital camera...
