Route 30/Cherrygrove city ???
if you go to cherrygrove go to the pokecenter and go to the corner if you you look at the top right corner you will notice a pool of water its not the pool on route 30 because it has a shore on the bottom has anybody else seen this or know what it is?

It's just there for prettiness. The only pool you need to worry about is the one to the far left of Cherrygrove.

I meant "Worry" in the sense of it being useful. The one in the top right doesn't do anything. The one in the bottom left does. If you Surf down there to a bit of land in the middle of it, there's a fisherman who gives you "Fresh Water".

I know that; its just the water is a big mystery when in the water on Route 30 you can't see it  .

I think it's just there so at least it looks like it's where it'll be when you enter the Route. Or it could just be a little pond, but there are plenty of things like that on the maps throughout the game.
For instance, outside Ruins Of Alph, you can just see a house that's assumably the research one, but it a bit off in comparison.
