Before you make a thread, at least try to find the answer yourself.
Just so that you avoid making pointless threads. :]

And you can get eevee 2 places - you can get one from Bebe in hearthome after you obtain the national dex, or you can find them wild in the trophy garden, behind Mr. Backlots mantion, but Mr. Backlot has to say that eevee appear before you can find them there. That is also after you obtain the national dex.

I'm kinda getting really annoyed with your threads. They are the easiest and noobiest threads I have ever seen. How about before you make a post you look in serebii!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, serebii.com and pokemon.marriland.com will both tell you where to find any pokemon, it's encounter rate [if it has one], and what you will have to do to find it there.

Thats basically what I was saying - just search these sites before making an unwanted thread with a question you could have found the answer to yourself. That just creates a thread that a mod will have to lock later.

Next time, take a look on google, or a general pokemon website like Serebii or Marriland.

They only appear when you use the POKERADAR, a key item that you can get after completing your sinnoh dex and recieving the national dex. Use the POKERADAR and go in the fast - shaking patches.
They are rare. But belive me, they appear in the whole patch.

Next time you have a question, please refrence serebii.
