Ninjask: Sub over Protect. It's cool if you can manage to BP that too.

The sweepers look like decent sweepers, but do you really not want any special attack options? You could lose Weavile, that appears to me to be the weakest link. I would also give one of them a Choice Band. Infernape probably.

As for Umbreon: Baton Pass over Protect. You can BP Mean Looks, and Ninjask can then BP to Umbreon if necessary and then Umby can later BP to the sweepers.

You hardly need this. Only Gallade could use the Spd, and if you give it Scarf/T-Wave, then it won't need it. Lead with Infernape/Weaville, and put some sort of Spc based Wall in. Cresselia/Blissey/Slowbro come to mind.

Huge Heracross / Fighting weak

Gallade and Infernape are redundant. Put Salamence / Gyarados over either, as they can both receive boosts quite well, and are good sweepers too
