Moveset for Empolion

What would be a good movest for emplonion. I'm using him as a sp attacker. Ice beam and brine are idea, but what about teh other two moves? (i don't need another flying attack)

Use Ice Beam, Surf, Grass Knot and Agility.

I'd utilize Emp's Movepool and SpeDefense more.

OKay, but now i'm wondering if I should use Roar or Yawn. I can't seem to decide, i men they both have some advantages and disadvantages. If i yawn a foe and they have sleep talk or a berry then i'll get hit more. Roar or yawn?
