u can only access Sky pillar after defeating elite 4. It is east of Pacificlog town.

You also need the Mach Bike to get to Rayquaza,
I Prefer Luxery Balls to catch him(i only used 1

Well, get a Mach Bike, head to Pacifilodge City, and head east. The Sky Pillar is there. When inside, get on the Mach Bike so you can quickly ride over the cracks in the floors. If you walk/run/ride the Acro Bike, you'll fall right in them

PLEASE! DON'T SMASH YOUR GAME! (Think:And then again, what do I care? It's his game.) To get to Sky Pillar, surf east of pac' town. Stay to the top. Then go up when you see an opening in the rocks. Work your way through lefts, rights, and ups. eventually, you'll find it. And to get the prize inside, (Rayquaza), you need a Mach Bike. But I won't tell you the path to him
