Default Build-A-Monster/Move

Ok, I'd like to keep this as serious a topic as possible. No 00ber munsters, no broken moves (like a move with 200 Base attack, 100% Accuracy, and 30 PP...trust me, I've seen this posted before...)

Make them interesting too. You could also just change the base/final stats of an existing Pokemon and/or their level up moves. Don't worry about TM's unless you are making up a new monster. Also, do name which version this is for.

I've got a few moves for RuSa/FrLg.

Name:Holy Water
Type:Water
PP:5
Accuracy:100
Base Damage:none
Effect:Remove all status effects from team members.

Just a water-version Heal Bell/Aromatherapy.

Name:Rage Claw
Type:Normal
PP:10
Accuracy:90
BD:20
Effect:Attacks 2-5 times. Has a 30% chance to cause the opponent to flinch.

Name:Dark Night
Type:Dark
PP:(same as Sunny Day)
Accuracy:100
BD:none
Effect:Summons night. Causes Solar Beam to charge for 3 turns. Makes Thunder's accuracy 50%. Ups the damage for Dark type moves. Lasts for 5 turns. Moonlight heals 2/3 HP, Synthesis/Morning Sun heal no HP (or however much Sunny Day would heal during the night in GSC).

Name:High Pressure
Type:Normal
PP:30
Accuracy:100
BD:none
Effect:Raises user's special attack by 2 levels.

Screw Tail Glow, its on a whole ONE DAMN MONSTER! High Pressure is, of course, found on Blastoise and deep sea Pokemon (Lanturn). Some other monsters can learn it too, just wanted to make sure you all knew Blastoise learned it.

Eh, since I have brought up Blastoise, I'll go ahead and say this: Blastoise is made to seem like a total beast in game due to the Pokedex talking about how powerful his canons are. Kinda screwed up how his best stat isnt Special Attack. A real life Blastoise would be baddass tho. :I obviously like Blastoise:

Name:Grapple
Type:Fighting
PP:15
Accuracy:100.
Base Damage:20
Effect: Opponent cannot switch for 2-5 turns.

Name:Suplex
Type:Fighting
PP:15
Accuracy:75
BD:90
Effect: If opponent is in a grapple, accuracy is 100%, and the move has a high chance for a critical hit.

Name:Mind Drum
Type:Normal
PP:(Same as Belly Drum)
Accuracy:100
BD:none
Effect: Halves HP in order to max out Special Attack.

Name:Vine Lash
Type:Grass
PP:15
Accuracy:(Same as T-Bolt, Surf)
BD:95
Effect:none

There needed to be a grass type move similar to T-Bolt, Surf, and Flamethrower.

I'll have some new munsters sometime too.

Type: Steel
PP: 15
Accuracy: 95
Base Damage: 90
Effect: May lower opponent's Speed.
Learnt by: Scizor, Metang/Metagross, Sneasel, Teddiursa/Ursaring
Looks: A huge copper fist grips the opponent and suffocates it badly.
2 vs 2 battles: Hits only one target

Similar to Surf/FThrower/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam, only it may lower speed and has worse accuracy.

Name: Frozen Petals
Type: Ice
PP: 5
Accuracy: 85
Base Damage: 50
Effect: Does damage continuousy for 1-3 times. Has 5% chance of freezing/paralyzing the opponent

Sorta blizzard like, only a bit stronger at times.

Name: Pesticide
Type: Poison
PP: 30
Base Damage: None
Effect: Whenever a Bug Pokemon is sent/switched in, 1/10 of its HP is taken off. Bug moves cannot be used. This effect counts against both the user and the opponent's Pokemon/Moves.
Learnt by: Every Poison/Ground/Normal/Flying type except legendaries.
Looks: A gas is sprayed from a can onto the arena.
2 vs 2 battles: Does not count

Name: Wind Blade
Type: Flying
PP: 10
Base Damage: 95
Effect: Opponent has 10% of being flinched by this move.
Learnt by: Pidgey/Pidgeotto/Pidgeot, Spearow/Fearow, Doduo/Dodrio, Tailow/Swellow, Wingull/Pelipper, Dragonair.
Looks: User's wings tears opponent's skin with slash.
2 vs 2 battles: 1 target only.

Whew, that took kinda long :P

Default Re: Build-A-Monster/Move

I made up a new type & moves for it! It's the Sound type!

Good Against: Electric, Steel, Rock, Psychic, and Dark
Bad Against: Fire, Water, Grass, Ice, and Poison
Resistance: Dragon, Ground, and Flying
Weakness: Grass, Ghost, and Water

Excisting Sound Type Moves:
Sing, Supersonic, Sonic boom, Howl, Hyper Voice (am I missing any?)

Excisting Sound type Pokemon:
Igglybuff, Jigglepuff, Wigglytuff, Misdreavus, Whismur, Loudred, and Exploud.

New Sound Type Moves:

Name: Resonate
Type: Sound
PP: 5
Accuracy: 100%
Base Damage: none
Effect: Raises Speacial Attack and Special Deffence

Name: Applify
Type: Sound
PP: 5
Accuracy: 100%
Base Damage: none
Effect: Raises Attack and Deffence

Name: Bass Sonata
Type: Sound
PP: 5
Accuracy: 80%
Base Damage: 100
Effect: A macabre sonata sung only by males. Might freeze, burn, or confuse opponent.

Name: Tenor Sonata
Type: Sound
PP: 5
Accuracy: 90%
Base Damage: 80
Effect: A dramatic sonata sung only by males. Might lower opponent's attack, special deffence, or speed.

Name: Alto Sonata
Type: Sound
PP: 5
Accuracy: 100%
Base Damage: 60
Effect: A sonata sung by both genders. Might flinch opponent.

Name: Trebble Sonata
Type: Sound
PP: 5
Accuracy: 90%
Base Damage: 80
Effect: A joyous sonata sung only be females. Might lower opponent's special attack, deffence, or HP*.

Name: Soprano Sonata
Type: Sound
PP: 5
Accuracy: 80%
Base Damage: 100
Effect: A heart warming sonata sung only by females. Might lull, poison, or confuse opponent.

*= EI, if you're opponent's total HP is say, 200, the entire meter drops by 5%. So the damage meter might say 150/200 before, it would say 150/190. (Only works if opponet is at or below 95%)
