Hmmmm.. Pokeball is not included in any dictionary... how did you look up in Microsoft, and its pokeball not poke ball...... How??
ANSWER- Now listen, have you ever noticed that the "e" in the words "Pokemon", "Pokeball" and "Pokedex" has a distinct feature, it has a special symbol on the top of it its sort of like this (poke`ball, poke`mon and poke`dex) get it? This symbol is used when the "e" is pronounced as (-Aye).
Now for the Dispute:
1)If you write it as "Poke ball" then its pronounced (POK-BALL)
2)If its written as "(poke`ball) then its pronounced (POK-AYE-BALL)
NOTE: Furthermore, THE SPECIAL "e" is used as a charecter in a single word, i can't connect two words, hence , we CANNOT write "poke`ball" as "poke` ball"
And thats how it is, problem solved, have a nice day.
