Hmmm. One, this shouldnt be here.

Two, if you want people to answer your question, be more specific with it. Where did you hear about these 'pokegods', what are they e.t.c...what makes them different from legendaries.

So we can determine if it's legit or not.

The so-called "Pokegods" don't exist, they were made up. There is no way of getting them. I think there is a list somewhere on the internet. Pokefactory or something.

Also, as BA just said, this should be in the Games section.

The impossible-level pokemon - their species and level - depend on what you named yourself.

No he is right, I know about those lvl 129 Starmies and all, but thats a glitch, furthermore, in case you haven't noticed once you capture one of these Pokemon and send it to battle, its lvl either goes instantly to 100 or 0, mathematical errors basically.

The high level Pokemon you can encounter at the edge of my beloved Cinnabar Island are not the so-called Pokegods, although they are related. The high level Pokemon are just that; true Pokemon, of a high level. Which Pokemon you may encounter and what level it is depends on the first 7 characters of your character's name. Whereas with certain characters you get the high level Pokemon like lvl. 129 Starmie or anything else, with other characters you may encounter a Pokegod, which is a glitch, not a real Pokemon. I have forgotten whether these were catchable and usable, but they surely made a bit of a mess of your game.

And yes, if you're smart, you can pick a username in such way that you will enounter certain Pokemon on that cursed strip of beach. I believe you could even get Mewtwo to appear there. Not all Pokemon are possible though, it's a really weird thing where those characters somehow represent a Pokemon. I once read a long article about how this worked, on the PokeCommunity maybe, but I've forgotten most of it.

yeah hes probly talking about when you talk to the old man in viridian, fly to cinnabar and surf on the east land/water thing. he means the pokemon that you recently found in the wild, found at levels above 100.
