Chris had kinda been sleeping....with his eyes open, when he heard a voice. He shook his head and jumped. "Wha?!" He said startled. "huh? Oh hey!" He said quietly. The kid asked him a question. "Huh? No.... I don't believe we've meet before." Chris said softly. He yawned and rubbed his eyes. "But, anyways I'm Chris. Glad to finally meet someone." He said happily.

Khalid was so sure he met this trainer...it was almost as if he was a long lost person he knew somehow. Khalid face changed from a curious looking one to a smily one. Khalid shook his hand. Khalid saw a pokeball that was obviously Chris'. Khalid looked at him and wondered what pokemon it was.

"I'm Khalid. So, what pokemon do you have?" Khalid asked

Chris looked around and Pikachu popped out of his backpack. "Piii!" The pokemon said brightly meeting this new person. "Yes, this is Pikachu!" Chris said laughing at Pika eating. "Well just so you know I can't battle 'til I get my second pokemon k?" He said with a straight face knowing that Khalid probably wanted to battle.
