I'm no expert with movesets, but I say take atvantage of Own Tempo. Have it learn Outrage or something powerful that causes confusion after a while. I dunno, that's something I would do ^^. Nobody listen to me though (I'm a total retard).

I geuss you could run Spore/Swords Dance/Outrage/Thrash or something like that,but IMO smear is too fragile for that.

All of my OU teams form 2006 were all anti-Smeargle teams. OHKO moverset, Focus Punch moveset, Baton Pass moveset, Protect + Detect moveset, endeavor moveset. I have battle almost all of them. But this is the one that is the best, and that is the Ingrain + Substitute one.
