First, I wouldn't give anything away past my state. Second, it's only... 9:30? You can still call them, depending on hours. If not, call them in the morning before noon. This isn't really urgent. I really want the Manaphy too. Also, if it held the Mew event, it should hold the Manaphy event also. :P

No, Mystery Gift only works with the DS' wireless, which is about 30 feet.

Maybe. It depends if the thingie that sends the code to get the Manaphys is close enough that the signal gets picked up by your DS.
