Description: In terms of physical looks, Nikolai is a fine example of a healthy, handsome young man. Lean and not overly muscled, one could easily observe that Kolya keeps in shape. Among his more noteworthy features, Nikolai's eyes stand out the most. Deep emerald in hue, they hold an omni-present sense of confidence. Furthermore, lengthy tendrils of a light brown fall to just above the clavicle, framing the young man's face, contrasting his light skin tone.

As if his trademark, Kolya is seemingly always seen garbed in a charcoal overcoat of sorts; lightweight and somewhat tight fitting. A quiet one, Nikolai is not a fan of needless bragging. He'd prefer to let his pokemon's battle prowess do the talking for him. In this, it could but said he is arrogant, although not to the point of blatent overconfidence. Whenever the young man speaks, it is usually blunt and to the point. A smile is rare from him, but he's not completely apathetic.

Nikolai holds honor very true to himself. He thinks of a duel with another trainer as a "test" of sorts. His respect can be earned thusly; albeit not so easily. Oddly enough, he does have one quirk about him. He seems to lose his nerve around attractive females, often suffering from bouts of shyness!

RP Example: It had been nearly four years since Nikolai's name had been among the top trainers. As it seemed, the boy had apparently disappeared, leaving the scene. The strange thing about this was, he was on top of his game. One of the more consummate trainers of the time, Nikolai -could- have been well on his way to becoming one of the Elite Four, if not a possible Pokemon Champion. But one day, the popular trainer from Auron City just vanished.

But that was then... In the recent months, Nikolai has apparently popped back up onto the scene, making a name for himself again. He is determined to make it to the top and have a show down with the current Pokemon Champion... one badge at a time.
