I have never used shedinja competetively so have no idea as to a moveset.

Shedinja never last long because it has weaknesses to some of the most common types, use a physical sweeper like heracross or a special sweeper like Vepsiquen maybe?

T-bolt
Psychic/Dark pulse/Flamethrower or something
Judgement

Hyper beam is a big NO-NO, use t-bolt instead

Earthquake
Dragon Dance
Stone Edge
Taunt/Fire fang/crunch

A physical sweeper T-tar

Give it choice specs and attack like crazy

you need some walls badly, your team is just attackers, take out Rampardos and Shedinja and put in umbreon and maybe a blissey.

i use PE2K standard battle rules and they allow 1 uber/legend.

You can get thunderbolt behind, valley windworks, exchange it at the "casino" prize place (forgot name) in veilstone, or exhange it for pokecoupons on PBR and send it to your DS through mystery gift
