If you're going for Physical Gallade try Adament instead of Timid.

Just curious, what's up with the Damp Rock on Gyarados w/ no Rain Dance on the team at all? Unless it's one of those hidden special effect items..

I think you mean the Lustrous Orb, which only works on Palkia. The Life Orb is a generic item that boosts the power of your moves by a scalar of 1.3, but at the cost of some HP each time you hit your opponent (forgot the actual amount). And about your team, first I would get rid of Hitmontop because it is a generally crappy Pokemon (there are many other superior fighting types suitable for the OU environment, including the other Hitmon-evolutions). Also, your team lacks solid defense, in the form of a physical or special wall. Umbreon is good as a tank/annoyer, but it probably won't suffice as your team's primary defense. You might want to consider using Pokemon that could effectively wall your opponent such as Skarmory and Blissey, as "SkarmBliss" is an often used strategy in the competitive battline environment. Since it's so common, however, you might want to have a counter in the form of a mixed sweeper such as Electivire or Infernape instead of Hitmontop. Houndoom is ok, but kind of on the slow side (unless you want to go with Choice Scarf). You might want to go with a better special sweeper like Alakazam, Gengar or Exeggutor. And lastly, go with one or the other (T-Tar or Dragonite). They're both really good, but you might wanna go with a fast Physical Sweeper like Weavile, which I use (and it makes a great lead Pokemon). Ok that was sort of long, but hope it helps lol

This is not the right place for this.

I don't know much about Mamoswine, but why Ice Beam and Shard? I don't think he really has the stats to be a mixed sweeper if memory serves correct, and you need more varity even if he does.

Electivire@Expert Belt
Nature:Adamant

T-Punch
I-Punch
EQ
Cross Chop

Eh. Its fine. Maybe go with a Lonely nature and Tbolt over TPunch though, to OHKO Skarm.

Gyarados@Leftovers
Nature:Adamant

Ice Fang/Earthquake
Waterfall
Taunt
Dragon Dance

Bulkydos is what im a fan of. DDance works too, but its easier to set up on a Bulky set.
Vespiqueen@Leftovers
Nature:Jolly

Attack Order
Destiny Bond
Power Gem
Heal Order

Get rid of it I'd say. Vespiqueen isn't that great.

Gallade@Expert Belt
Nature:Timid

Close Combat
Night Slash
Hypnosis
Thunder Wave

Double Status is the best thing Gallade has going for it. Abuse that. Oh, and give it a different nature also.
You posted no EVs, so im not fixing EVs. Not posting them for every set, but you should.

Hitmontop is the BEST of the Hitmon evos I'd say. It can be semi bulky, decent damage, and rapid spin. Oh, and its impossible to rate a team without movesets. Theres no way of telling what the team can and can't deal with without movesets. The only thing you can point out is common weaknesses, but theres no way of telling if you have a way to handle them.

Nice team i could take out a few pokemon with one pokemon of my own.But all in all its good. But you cant always hope on getting motor drive to kick in because you have wasted a pokemon spot by putting an extra water pokemon.Remember ther are more ways to kill a water type other than electric.

Your team lacks a special wall, so Criscilla or Blissey.
