I was thinking of something like this, only you B-Pass to Garchomp. All Changes in bold.

=/ Why would I need NAsty Plot if I am BPing to Toxicroak, who is physical Based? And Ingrain is a staple of BPing teams. And I used Croak>Nape cause I wanted to put a UU mon in there.

Re: Ultamite BPing Team
I think I'd rather have Ursaring in that last spot if you want an UU pokemon. He doesn't get fighting STAB, but he does have a higher attack. His otherwise mediocre stats can easily be compensated.
Ursaring@Expert Belt/Life Orb/Burn Orb (if you really want to do Guts, not needed IMO though)
Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk., 252 Spd, 6 HP
Crunch
Brick Break/Cross Chop
Earthquake
Rock Slide/Aerial Ace
Crunch is for ghosts. Brick Break is probably better than Cross Chop. Ursaring will be your main attacking pokemon, and Cross Chop's unreliable accuracy won't be something to rely on 100 percent like you'll need to. Besides, one SD pass and BB should be fine. Aerial Ace only if Heracross really really scares you.
As for the rest of your team, I'd put Roar on Leafeon, maybe over Wish. PHaze the other Hazers before they get you and ruin all your groundwork. Other than that it's pretty solid. It'd be interesting to see another BP team. They're so uncommon now.
EDIT: ignore that. It's been so long since I've seen/played a BP team I forgot what Ingrain was there for. XD

NP is for Infernape, who is better than Croak in this case, because of mixed sweeping.
I agree about Ingrain, though.
