The only moveset comment I have is that I personally prefer Stealth Rock over Spikes on Deoxys, or you could put both of them both on if you wanted to. If you decide to put it in, replace Psychic with them, since it lacks the utility Knock Off has, and Deoxys's attack is pretty sad anyways.

Other than that, a very well composed team.

Softboiled on Mew, imo. It's not like it'll sweep a lot with SB, but some extra durability may be much more beneficial

Meh, yeah, but Spikes hits more stuff. Only think SR hits harder is Rayquaza, and Lati@s.

Mew gets Softboiled? If I add that though I think I'll switch around EVs, put more in HP and stuff.

I think it's a tutor move in FR/LG.

Oh. Meh, I'm not a fan of CS Kyogre. I like CM version since it doubles as a special Wall after a while, and skrews up CM/SG Latias leads.
