EVs for a steelix

Ok, a few days ago i made a thread asking for help on my wi-fi team i have that ready but i need some EV set help. For a steelix:

Steelix@Leftovers/Chesto
Sturdy
Impish
EQ
Spikes
Roar
Rest

I need EVs for it, its in a team with these:
Blissey
Bold 252 def,252 Sp.def

Umbreon
Bold or impish 252 hp, 126 def and Sp.def

Sweepers: Salamence and Latios and T-tar.

I need an EV set for Steelix. Should i go with The EV set above for Blissey or this: 252 hp, 252 def, 6 sp.def?

I wanna use it for a wi-fi team, does the Wi-fi battle place in the battle tower not let you use it, cause people say you can

No I mean competitivly you're not allowed to use it against OU teams.

Like I said, the new movepool that Dragon_Seeker made up was great defense skills, and you can use it insted of Skarmory. (depending on what sweepers do you have for your team).

If you don't have a Pokemon in your party with both nature care, and Pokemon using the move, "Wish," just replace Explosion with Rest.
