It would be nice if you could give the Natures of your Pokemon. And having all Ice Moves on Glaceon is not a smart choice. Something like this might work..

Glaceon @ Wise Glasses
Modest / Timid Nature
252 Sp.Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
~ Hail
~ Shadow Ball
~ Blizzard
~ HP Elec / HP Water

Ice Shard is a no-no. It's physical, weak, and for slower Pokemon; all of which Glaceon isn't. DrummerDude has the best idea for Glaceon, so you're best bet is to stick with that.

Quote:
Togekiss@Leftovers
evs:252def/252sp.def/6spd
Aura Sphere
Air Slash
Water Pulse
Shadow Ball

Best as a special sweeper, Togetic could probably pull this set off, but Togekiss became a special sweeper somehow.

Swellow@ Salac Berry
evs:252spd/252atk/6hp
Endure
Steel Wing
Endeavor
Aerial Ace

Power-up items (Magnet, Charcoal, Mystic Water) are lame in comparison with Arceus' plates, yet those are still disadvised considering they'd only be powering up one move, realistically. Once again, a class in-game moveset, but the Endeavor and Endure combination could be pulled off given Swellow's speed.

Gallade@ Scope Lens
evs:252atk/252spd/6hp
Night Slash
Psycho Cut
Stone Edge
Leaf Blade

I loathe Close Combat with a deep passion, it's a horrid Fighting-type move, slashing down your defenses like that. Stone Edge works especially well here, despite the low accuracy. You have the critical hit chance and it counters pesky Flying-types.

Gliscor@Zoom lens
evs:252atk/252spd/6def
Thunder Fang
Poison Jab
Earthquake
X-Scissor

All around physical-sweeper, despite its sturdy defense.

forretress@Leftovers
evs:252def/252sp.def/6hp
Rapid Spin / Toxic Spikes
Stealth Rock
Explosion
Spikes

I've found Protect to be worthless on Forretress.

Glaceon@Icy Rock
evs:252sp.atk/156def/104sp.def
Shadow Ball
Hail
Blizzard
HP [Electric/Water]
Explanation is above...

Togekiss@leftovers/Wise Glasses
evs:252 Spec. Attack/ 252 Speed/ 6 HP OR 252 HP/ 136 Spec. Attack/ 122 Speed
Flametnrower
Roost/Nasty Plot
Aura Sphere
Air Slash

Your choice Bulky or Sweeper. Alternate EV's for each one.

Swellow@Burn Orb
evs:252spd/252atk/6hp
Protect
BB
Protrect
U-Turn

Standard Burn-Guts-Facade Set.

Gallade@Life Orb
evs:252atk/252spd/6hp
T-Wave/ Hypnosis
psycho cut
close combat
leaf blade

You could run the Hypnosis-Punch combo.

Gliscor@ Leftovers
EV"s: 252 HP/ 136 Defense/ 122 Attack
EQ
Roost
SR
Knock Off

Gliscor is most defintely a Wall, it has access to Stealth Rock, and Knock Off.

forretress@Leftovers
evs:252 HP/ 136 Defense/ 122 Spec. Defense
Rapid spin
Stealth rock
explosion
Toxic Spikes

Glaceon@Wise Glasses
evs:252 Spec. Attack/ 252 Speed/ 6 HP
S-Ball
HP Water/ Grass
Ice Beam
Filler
You didn't edit the natures.

evs:252def/252sp.def/6spd
W/Serene Grace
Roost
Thunderwave
Air Slash
Aura Sphere

Flinch- HAX Togekiss, easy to use and the only Togekiss moveset that should be considered, Serene Grace doubles effects so Air Slash has a 60% Flinch Chance and the other 40 % the will be paralyzed, foe will very seldom attack

Swellow@Burn Orb
evs:252spd/252atk/6hp
Facade
quick attack
endeavour
Brave Bird

STAB Facade + Guts + Burn = Ownage (Brave Bird is for Ghosts.etc)

Gallade@Expert Belt
evs:252atk/252spd/6hp
Sword Dance/Bulk Up
psycho cut
close combat
leaf blade

Swords Dance/Bulk Up to buff it up

Gliscor@Leftovers
evs:252atk/252spd/6def
Fire Fang/Thunder Fang/Ice Fang
Stone Edge
EQ
Stealth Rock/Roost/

forretress@Leftovers
evs:252def/252hp/6 Att
Rapid spin/Gyro Ball
Stealth rock
Earthquake
Spikes/Explosion

Sole purpose is to be a Physical wall therefore Sp.Def EVS are unneeded,

Magnezone has a field day on this and thats the reason for Earthquake

Glaceon@Icy Rock
evs:252sp.atk/156def/104sp.def
Water Pulse
Hail
Blizzard
Shadow Ball

Water Pulse is for fire types that will somewhat cause this a problem

Any comments or advice would be greately appreciated.
changes are in bold

I wanted a bulky togekiss to use follow me with swellow on 1 hp so swellow can keep attacking, This is going to be a double team, and I edited the natures, I thought I already had.

No, Facade is standard and mugh more effective. Few things can survive a STAB'd, Guts'd, Facade.

Here's a simple equation.

70*1.5*1.5=175 Power. Throw Facade's 2x or was it 1.5x boost in and Swellow's unstoppable.

Perhaps he doesn't want a standard moveset and wants to try some other things out. Not everyone wants to go with the standard movesets. =\ That's why I like UUs.

Only Gallade isn't weak to Ice or Fire.
A Major Problem, I think.

Lantern, and Kingdra weak. That is your major problem. You have to do something about that.

I'm telling you, don't run Endeavor on Gliscor. It's a Wall.

I doubt gliscor can switch into a special kingdra, especially one that sets up rain dance, and then will OHKO you with surf (with the water type boost from the weather and swift swim for speed). Gliscor can't really switch into lanturn too well. It has a shot at beating it, but gliscor would take a beating in the process. A simple boltbeam resist would end your kingdra/lanturn problems. Swampert is a pretty good counter for the two.
